Clean, large, comfortable apartment

Nice rooms, good location, good service.

Location is very good right in the center of Mondsee. Apartment is of good size and owner responds very quickly.

Only one bathroom for 6 people is tough.

Very clean, well located, nicely appointed with high-quality touches, quiet (even in our ground-floor, street-side apartment). We were very happy with our stay!

The logistics and parking took a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all very straightforward.

Great location, nice spacious room and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, coffe machine

Bathrom is small, uncomfotable shower,The room was at 3 floor without elevator

Apartments were spacious and very updated. Location was central and easy to reach main area of town.

Paying for parking, and the rooms were not set up as requested. Two rooms needed and paid for cribs/baby beds, which were not provided in the rooms. Some parking spots we paid for were far from the hotel. No elevators and a family with 3 children and heavy luggage had to carry their bags up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that the place itself was very nice.

Location and clean

There is no elevator so with big luggages its difficult to carry The place has no washing machine to wash the cloths and the city has no laundry close by

A broom would be good to have on the room for sweeping the floor.

I really like our room, it was perfectly bright, spotlessly clean and very cosy.We booked a parking spot as well, it was right in front of our window. The apartman is right next to a small river, so in the evening you can listen the water.The bathroom was huge and well equipped.We had a coffee maschine in the room, with 2 capsules and a electric fireplace.

There was none, maybe the only negative thing is the late check in - it was at 15:00 (15:20 - was when we finally got our keys to our room)

The rooms were very nice and clean. You have everything you need for a hotel room. The location is so pretty and everything is nearby.I would suggest not to pay 10 euro’s per night for parking, there is free parking 5 min walk next to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and looked very modern. If you book I would advice to get a room with balcony.

The only downside is that everything cost extra money. Clean towels, room cleaning and cups for coffee is all extra charge. Which in my opnion is crazy for the price you pay for the rooms.

Very nicely decorated, modern, clean and spacious apartment. Short walk from shops, restaurants and lake. The check-in process was clear and efficient. We had some troubles getting the chip for parking but the host was able to quickly assist and resolve the issue.

It was clean. Clean linen on the bed, towels, nice interior.

Our apartments were on the 1st floor, and the floor was quite cold. It would not be a bad idea to leave slippers in the apartments on the 1st floor. Because walking from the shower to the bed on cold tiles is not a great pleasure. The entrance door on the 1st floor does not close properly and you can hear "clicks" all the time, inside the apartments.

Good and quiet location near the river, a comfortable parking space. Cosy atmosphere. The entire hotel is well-maintained and tidy.

Lack of interest of the staff,the difference between what we've paid for and what we received,when we arrived we couldn't enter in the building because it wasn't power of energy,and we had to wait 30min outside,in January,and when we arrived in the room,we saw that it was the room totally different that what we paid for on booking,the room was the smallest in the hotel,we think,almost with the bed at the door,very cold all night,the fireplace just for the design,without heating the room,without courtain at the windows,just some shutters like at one office,the bathroom very small,we had to walk carefully,not to hit with the head against the ceiling,and we have 1,85m and 1,70m height,not 2m!We considered unapropriate this thing,because they still had rooms available at the time we arrived,so after they heard our complains,they didn't move us in another room and they didn't answer us back to the phone.
