Very cozy

Staff unlocked my room and entered twice without knocking, during the time where I was supposed to be in there. No respect to privacy.

Beautiful location and great room! Restaurant in hotel. 15 minute walk to train station with easy access on.

Loved everything about it, including pizza place less than a block away and is close to the location of the birthplace to ‘Silent Night’. No elevator, but no problem.

Traditional atmosphere! Very clean and spacious room, with all the facilities! Free parking. Great breakfast in a lovely place. Excellent service, helpful stuff. Short driving distance to Salzburg, great spot for cycling or walking, just 5 minutes walking distance from the German city Laufen, across the river...

The staff were very friendly and the beds were pretty comfortable!

In different parts of the hotel we found dead spiders. The hotel was next to a very busy road. Very outdated hotel and not comparable really with the pictures provided.

Simple but good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice location.

We had troubles parking the car as the parking was full. The rooms were very simple, we had no view at all from our room (we could see a roof of another house).

Nice Staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Good treatment for our dog. During breakfast or any other visit in restaurant you can stay on outside tables with your dog.

The hotel location is very good, very close to sight seeing places.

The room is extremely simple, window was on the roof top of other building. No glasses and water in the room. Bathroom- only 1 soap and 1 shampoo- for 2 people. Around 11pm was powercut in the room, electricity was stopped. Receptionist helped to solve it, but she even didn't say:"Sorry for inconveniences." Breakfast is very poor. If you order eggs, you should pay extra. Not good value for money. I would not recommend this hotel.

It s ok. Basic, but ok. The stuff (same women at reception and serving breakfast), very friendly and healpful.

Wood floor that produces some noise. The noises from other rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff and good restaurant.

Very nice breakfast buffet, hotel is nicely located for the Stille Nacht Chapel (Christmas Market in December) or to walk over the Bridge to Laufen. Decent size car park opposite, safe area and they kindly offered to put my Bike in a safe place but this was the end of a few days ride so it went in the car.

Nothing of consequence - can't blame the Hotel for the unsociable Grumpy Guest with a Face like thunder that looked she wanted a Fight :)

No elevator, noise from the street , no fridge, no air conditioning Breakfast buffet not so reach.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruits salad and perfectly cooked eggs. Dinner was also very good with local homemade dishes. Perfectly clean. Large rooms. Only matrass could have been more comfortable. Charming city also.

Breakfast is very good and the hotel is nicely located for both Laufen and Oberndorf.
