The location! The food was great. Great size comfortable room. Incredible value.

Just bring your own shower gel! A small price to pay.

The surrounding area is magical and the staff is extremely nice (even if not speaking much English). Dinner was fast and delicious.

I've written to them that I'm traveling with my 87 year old grandma, and they still placed us in a room that has multiple steps leading to it (these steps are like a half floor).There is no hand soap in the room. Only 2 small bags of shampoo and shower liquid provided. Heating stops working at night.. And cleanliness could be of a higher standard.

Never been able to get breakfast

I haven’t been able to enter my room as the electronic key didn’t work,I had to spend the night at the car, regardless I have payed for the stay.Still waiting for my refund.Very bad experience never again on this hotel.

Beautiful location and nice restaurant, friendly staff. Nice playground (once we found it). The breakfast buffet was pretty good

It was very hot due to no air-conditioning. There was limited parking. Lots of people smoking just outside the back door and on the outside dining place

The room was pretty big, clean without any damage. I really wasn't expecting a balcony with a view of the river and the castle on the Germanys side. That was amazing.

we arrived at 21:48, and there was noone at the hotel. no staff. phone number did not work. we were shocked at this level of kurcobolja by them.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious! We recommend it to everyone! Close to highway 3 and shops!

A very nice hotel with local food for breakfast. The atmosphere is excellent, staff is hospitable, a rooms are clean and tidy.

Expensive restaurant for very little value. The kids ordered €15 hamburgers, … they came without any fries nor even a leaf of salad. My wife ordered a soup, she was asked if she wanted an egg with it; that tuned out to be an extra €2 … and same for me, I ordered a schnitzel which came with a microscopic and dry slice of lemon… I was asked if I wanted it with salade, and that tuned out to be an extra 5€. The soda’s and even the beer were cut with water… The diner turned out to be very expensive for very little quality and quantity. We often travel through Austria and are used to such restaurants, this one was a real disappointment…

Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff. We had an excellent room, though I suppose we may have been in a priviledged situation, as we also had balcony, that apparently is not available for most of the rooms.

The breakfast is quite good, excepting the lack of milk (in large quantitites). Of ourse this is not a problem to be noticed by most of the travellers, as I am drinking milk much more than most of the people.

We only stayed one night, just passing through. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean

Last time I book this hotel. It was my 4th visit here but it was my last. The shower was disgusting and the room was dirty. Not worth 100 EUR.

Location is fabolous, staff very helpful and polite. Rooms are amazing with such a nice view. would definetely recommend, suitable for all ages and group sizes. There is parking available also so 10/10

Good location for travelling along the river. Helpful and kind staff, generous sized and comfy rooms with balconies overlooking the river.

The room was clean and had a small kitchen but we didn t use, we didn t knew upfront, bathroom was big and clean but the shower was rusted, water was not going and stayed a bit until was totally drained. The area was very nice.

The food looked good but the taste was missing, a glass with cola without bubbles and had a strange taste. The breakfast was a disaster; melted cheese that you couldn t eat, the salami and ham was the same and full of flies, the bread was old, tea bags old and with a bad taste, fresh orange juice but was not good anymore, probably they let it too much outside. The jam was full with bees, yogurt was let under a plastic cover on the table. We could eat boiled eggs and toasted bread. For 14 euro /person that is a shame.
