Pros +
- A beautiful and relaxing spot to enjoy the natural surroundings. The hotel is clean, modern and the rooms have incredible views of the mountains. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunset. The town is lovely with a river running through it and great hiking.
- We had booked the hotel initially because of the convenient location with regard to our journey. The hotel was designed with disabled people in mind, which was ideal as I was on crutches following an accident. We had a little terrace with views of the mountain, the room was very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, there was a spacious shower and we enjoyed our evening meal. Altogether a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to staying there again.
- The hotel was excellent. Well laid out with an excellent standard of finish.
Cons -
- We had asked for an evening meal in their restaurant we we arrived Nd this had been confirmed in the confirmation document however when we arrived there was no restaurant service available but were told we could eat in a restaurant in the next village-- this restaurant was also closed and we eventually ate in a bar in another village several miles from our hotel. This was not a satisfactory outcome as we had picked this accommodation based on it having a functioning restaurant on site. A great pity as the breakfast provided on site the next morning was very good.
- Internet upload spead was old-fashioned and the connection was only good in the lobby, in the room it was lower limit to be acceptabel:Neighbouring room was badly isolated, very noisy poeple, every word could be understood.Since mesh routing systems can be had for under 200 bucks nowadays I recommend that and a phone number to call receptionist should be prominently place.
- Arrived on Monday for an overnight stay, clearly not the day to arrive as this is a rest day. This meant that there was no one at reception on arrival and the bar and restaurant were closed. Very disappointing as we had deliberately booked this place for these facilities so we wouldn’t need to go looking for food. There was nowhere to get refreshments or anything to eat other than in the village with very limited options. It’s a very nice place but it needs more staff so that they can alternate shifts- that way the customers don’t suffer the inconvenience of closed services.

Almost everything was good.

Set in a lovely rural area, just outside the town. Mountain views. Outside terrace. Quiet location.

Spectacular setting. Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast excellent. Lovely dinner in the restaurant. Highly recommended and would certainly return.
Would suggest a vending machine for cold drinks. Arriving at 4/5 in the afternoon after a long journey, no bar open and nowhere to get a cold drink without venturing out in the heat into the village.
Lovely, rustic, cosy place. Miguel very friendly and waitress too. Rooms good, the shower wasn't great though. Food in restaurant Delicious. Great quality meat.
Wish we'd had a room on bottom floor looking out onto mountains.
The attentive staff; the excellent food; relaxed atmosphere. The terrace is a great place to unwind, enjoy the views and explore the restaurant’s menu.
Everything. Amazing views and location. The restaurant offers local delicious food. The terrace is a relaxing place to enjoy the views. The staff is really nice and helpful
