Friendly helpful staff. Generous breakfast. Big clean room. And easy and quick access to main road through border.

Would love to have had better coffee but am very particular about this!

Conveniently located near the motorway, great place to stop for the night. Even though I arrived just after 9pm, I still got dinner at the restaurant. Decent breakfast buffet, which includes scrambled eggs and pancakes.

The thermostatic faucet in my shower did not work properly, it took a while to get the temperature below scorching. A desk in the room (or some table suitable for working with a laptop) would be a welcome addition.

Spacious room and very good location with easy access to the road. Breakfast was really good. It was impressive for a 2 star hotel.

The sofa bed didn't open entirely so it was very hard to sleep. However, it is not too bad for few nights considering the price.

extremely dated rooms , tv unable to connect to the socket / broken dangerous sockets! old duvets and cushions need urgent replacement!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and it was great! It's probably the best option for this price. We had a large and clean room. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend this place. Thank you, Jan.

If you trip by car - it is a very good location. The breakfast was so very excellent!

1. There was no hair dryer and refrigerator in the room. We were forced to store our perishables in the fridge in the restaurant on the 0 floor. But the staff helped us with this.2. There is no elevator while all rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the restaurant. It is extremely inconvenient for disabled people.

Located just off the A4, perfect stop for the night on a trip to or from Germany. Great breakfast.

I had a room on the top floor on one of the warmest days of the year. Since there is no AC in the room, it was quite hot during the night.

The room was ok, clean

We were placed above the kitchen and it was very noisy. Staff in the kitchen beat chops at midnight and kitchen machines were very loud

Noise from the corridor. You do need to have ear plugs. The walls and the doors are very thin. You can hear everything from neighbor’s room and the corridorBed and cushions were not comfortable

It was good to have a breakfast, location is perfect, was little noisy from the window.

The hotel has opened its doors to Ukrainian families and the hotel staff is treating them with wonderful warmth and friendliness. For that, I rate Hotel Jan 10 out of 10. The hotel itself gives great value for the money with good comfort and cleanliness. And a great breakfast!
