Beautiful remote location. Wonderful well designed facility. Fantastic breakfast. The best thing by far is the owner couple. They were as friendly, helpful, and fun to interact with as we've every had in a hotel.

The hotel is perfect with a big plus for cyclist!!Bike friendly: Safe bike storage with tools, pump, electrical outlet for e-bike and garden hose to clean your bike!

Everything! Asuncion and Javier were so welcoming. We only stayed one night to break our journey home from France. The hotel is just perfect and very stylish as was our bedroom. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. We didn't use the garden, but I could imagine it would be fab on a summer day for a barbecue. Breakfast was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. I even had a cup of Twinings English Breakfast tea. We are planning a return, possibly next year, and will stay longer than one night.

This new boutique hotel was beautifully and lovingly restored by its owners in the tiny village of Valganon, about 10 minutes from Ezcaray. The on site young owners , who live next door, also manage the hotel and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region, places to visit, restaurants in Ezcaray. The one local restaurant was very good but only open on Fri-Sun, at least during October but there are also very good restaurants in Ezcaray. The hotel was immaculate. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated hotel areas, Asten and Javier were extremely attentive and welcoming. The breakfast service was amazing with great bread, croissants, cheese, jamón, fresh orange juice. the rooms were nice size with plenty of space. very well located to hike. I can go on and on about the fabulous service we received!

The beds were a bit hard, but sleepable, we will definitely go back.

Wonderful staff that will give you helpful tips. Spacious, very clean modern room. Super breakfast with fresh orange juice and different pasteries.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and loved every minute. There is nothing to find fault with. Javier and Ascension were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The decor is beautiful. A true gem of a hotel in a beautiful location.
