Pros +
- The room is very spacious and very nicely designed. It is not often that you have a sofa and real plant in a hotel room! Similarly, restaurant is also very nicely designed. Central location is also very convenient. The breakfast was not amazing (had better in other places), but good - so no complaints here.
- Room was more than big enough and had everything i needed. Staff were very friendly and took care of you in the bar/restaurant.
- They greeted me pleasantly, gave me full information, my requests were not refused, the room was very cozy, special thanks for the bed, I slept well. The breakfast was very tasty and rich in choice. The staff met me I took him to a restaurant and they fed me very tasty food.
Cons -
- The major problem - this hotel does not have parking places. We traveled during the weekend, so could park in public spot for free. I'm not sure if that would be an option on a weekday.
- After 10pm, there is no staff there. You have to go to your room
- I would like to have a kettle and cups in the room so as not to disturb the staff. I wanted to drink coffee in the evening.

Charming boutique hotel located in the center of the old town area. The room was petite and offered all the standard European amenities. The restaurant/cafe was the pure star and delight. Just wanted to snuggle by the fireplace with a good book and a hot cocoa. The morning breakfast was just lovely! Better than any local cafe.
Parking was minimal if you come by car.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, whenever we had an issue they would be very quick to help.Location is obviously the best possible, it's the center of the town. Breakfast had some very good food, especially if you take it at 7.Internet was also one of the best I have ever had staying at a hotel.
Room had a couple of damaged/broken things (hanger, door blocker, chair, fan) and sockets were extremely far away from bed. One of the lamps wasn't even in a socket, it was there just for looks.Wardrobe drawers were too small for putting clothes there, we ended up with all of our clothes in the bag for a week. There are holes in the bathroom door and any unpleasant odors will get in the bedroom even with closed doors.Room didn't look as in the picture that we have seen on booking (the furniture was the same though). To sum it up, the room we stayed in was definitely in need of a renovation.
There was a lot of choices at breakfast including local tastes and it was delicious. I also had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. Room size was ok, the room had everything that a person would need (in principal) - such as bathroom, a desk and so on. The location of the hotel is very convenient and parking is available - both are plus.
The room - specifically the toilet - was not properly cleaned in the beginning - or the toilet was used after cleaning but unfortunately it was not flushed - in any case, I couldn't be sure after seeing someone else's remainings, and I cleaned it myself before using. For me this is unacceptable. I think you should really pay attention to the health-critical points such as a toilet. Cleaning of the room was also not the best for the next day. There was no cleaning in the bathroom only the bed was made. My fallen hair was still on the floor of the bathroom. The carpeting, sheets and covers were all old - with stains and tear on them. The bed got too warm and uncomfortable during the night - if you have a cover between the matress and sheets, you can consider a different material for the summer. There were no outlets around the bed or the desk - only one a the entrance of the room, near the door. Even if you can't implement new ones you can maybe implement a multiplicator and provide a cord. One outlet was not enough for me.
Excellent location, great restaurant, breakfast included, friendly staff, good size bedroom.
Uncomfortable bed, very creaky and very hard. No air conditioning meant we needed to leave the windows open but it was very loud on the street. The hotel did provide ear plugs.
Comfy bed, good breakfast, lovely staff
Central location - close to center of the city, Biedronka shop is within walking distance. Elevator was available. Good WiFi. Private parking is for 3, max 4 vehicles. Public parking is available nearby and its free in the evenings and on weekends. Very good breakfast.
There was no remote for air conditioning in the room.
Everything. The dining area of the hotel was very attractive. Our room was nice, with a lovely oblique view of the church.
Very nice breakfast buffet. Also the diner menu is nice and the food is good.
Limited parking, be careful that next to the hotel the parking is not for free.
Lovely hotel in downtown Šwiebodzin. It's cozy, has very friendly staff. The food was lovely and tasty. I would come back with pleasure here again.
Small Hotel with very good food. Despite small Hotel and small Rooms , it was good. Might take it somewhen again. Central Location in Swiebodzin
I have no real negative Impressions
The facility is clean and it offers a bar (not cheap for wine) and a restaurant. The breakfast is okay.
Some maintenance in the rooms is needed - not enough (or accessible) sockets - on the main road side it is not quiet at all
Breakfast OK, good choice of products. Location good, no noise and good to have the attic as a big family room.
All good.
Lovely boutique hotel with an exceptional breakfast and a nice restaurant. A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.
First half of stay, indifferent. Believe staff shortages as lady was very busy. Next night big improvement with dinner having three courses rather than one and breakfast much better organised. Otherwise a good hotel.
Room not very big but carefully laid out, Very good bed! Super friendly staff! Good fresh quality breakfast with enough choice.
Spacious, location and good maintained
Room service/cleaning daily would be nice.
Small cosy hotel in centre of small city. Nice breakfast. Friendly personnle. If it will happen I will need to stay in Swiebodzin again - Siesta will be my choice
Nothing to complain about
