Convenient location for during travels and easy check-out.

The hotel is really behind on maintenance. The lights in the room were flickering. The bathroom door didn't fully open because of water damage, there was mold in the shower and the ceiling was falling apart.

This is a great hotel for staying ahead of catching the Ferry at Santander, with both Iberdrola and Tesla chargers right next to the hotel for us EV drivers. The service station cafe/bar is great for breakfast and is OK was getting something to eat in the evening and is open until 2300.The staff were lovely, and if checking is closed you just need to walk across to the service station who will sort everything out.

Location great for us travelling from southern Spain to Santander.

No evening hot food in cafe above filling station. Also breakfast was very limited. We have experienced much better in previous visits.

Good transit hotel for one night. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Despite the location between a highway and a petrol station, the room was quiet.

As mentioned, location is just behind a petrol station, so the view from the room is ..... at a petrol station. Is not a place for a longer stay.

the catering was poor and above a petrol station with noisy people. there was a poor selection of food that was awful. there was a lack of power points

It’s nearby Santillana de Mar but it’s more Motel than a hotel. Let alone a 3 stars priced as a 4 stars

The mattress felt like a piece of wood, the beds (2 single ones in place of a king size one) literally moved away during the night. Beddings and curtains had holes. No hairdryer

Very well located for a stop off on the way to Asturias and a visit to Santillana de Mar. Staff very helpful and family room was big and well apppinted.

Breakfast limited and in a separate building, with no clear explanation what we were entitled to (breakfast was included in our booking). Hotel surroundings a bit basic (garage etc), but very convenient.

Private parking outside, very big room, comfortable big bed, big bathroom, A/C, clean, near the highway, washing machines gas station, mini market and coffee at 20m.A small pool.Automatic machines for coffee and snacks.

A little noise from the highway, but no problem.

Close to Santander port. Just off the motorway.

Guy on reception was miserable and rude. Wasn't given WIFI code. Restaurant was at the petrol station other side of car park. Woman in Restaurant was hostile and rude.

Cold on arrival, not pre-heated in winter. Would have been good if 7kW T2 chargers were active & available for proper overnight charge.

Very conveniently situated off the motorway and convenient for the ferry at Santander. Very friendly and efficient welcome and excellent on-site facilities. Would definitely book again.

It was directly on our route and the service area hosted Tesla Superchargers to recharge our car during BBC a long journey.

Very basic accommodation. More a motel than a hotel. No internal dining facilities. Food was available at a petrol station nearby. We travelled at a low period and the car park was fairly empty indicating low occupation. The motel is only 100m from a busy motorway. We asked for a room on the opposite side of the building and were told that none were available. When dusk fell it became apparent by the lights from windows that the motel was placing all guests on the motorway side as the “quiet “ side was completely dark. I suspect that someone was not being frank. We were assured that we were in a certain quiet room. It could not have been further from the truth. All night long the rumble of heavy goods vehicles could be heard.

The check-in process was one of the best I ever had. The host very kindly walked me to the room and through all the details I needed for my stay.The room was very comfortable and even though the Hotel is on a petrol station, it was very quiet.

Not a dislike but worth knowing: The breakfast is not in the hotel, we're given a voucher to have it in the petrol station café but, in general is quite good.

Only packed a simple overnight bag, would have been useful to had a hairdryer to use but not a big issue

The check-in lady went out of her way to be rude even though we attempted to converse in Spanish - totally unnecessary

it was very convenient for the Santander ferry the next day. Also the Tesla superchargers were literally outside the bedroom window which was why we chose it in the first place.

There is no restaurant on site (but there is a reasonable coffee shop … all hours). There are many nice restaurants within 5 minutes drive though.
