The bathroom

Overall, a clean and comfortable stay. The neighborhood is excellent. The coffee and wine bars downstairs are nice to have.

The bathroom facilities in the room leaves a lot to be desired. The kettle was dirty, the shower was a bit broken, and the body wash pump didn’t work. Everything just seemed a bit cheap and off.

The location is great, easy to walk to the beach. There a plenty of bakeries to grab some breakfast.

There is no breakfast included.

It was a great location near Ondarreta Beach and away from the tourist hussle. Close to a bus stop which made it easy to catch a ride into the Old Town.

It was dark, noisy, smelly - I didn’t get a minute of sleep, the tv was broken…stay away if you can

Nice location on that side of the city. Not much to do at night though.

The bathroom is just a semi transparent glass wall… looks nicer than it is functional for a couple.The shower didn’t drain well. Overall not a great room layout.

Overall this is a disappointment - facility wasn't clean; very dark; staff generally wasn't helpful w/ our few requests. No extra blankets; they handed us a pile of sheets instead! We were told if we needed anything 'we are here 24 hrs...' but everything we were told did not occur - we didn't have access to hot water for coffee's but we're told we could have this - the internet was out for all but one night of our entire stay! No apologies; still charged full pricing. We couldn't even leave our postcards at the front desk - we were informed we had to mail outside ourselves and to find a mail drop. I needed an extra pillow for my back and was told no extras. The front entrance was filthy with dirty carpet and floors - the windows; elevator spaces were uncleaned. If first impressions make a difference we n may have known. But; mind you - this facility is "unrated" and also has a no refund policy. So; I could have known. I asked for a room upgrade perhaps w/ a kettle in the room and larger space. But no. The rooms were VERY dark - poor lighting. The only positive was the small terrace - but...you had to 'step over' a large 'shelf' to get onto it and there was only one chair for a two person room. We were very disappointed.

The staff were not friendly. For the price there was no tea or coffee or water or hairdryer. I don’t even think ther wa shower gel or soap or anything!

The room was small but sufficient, location was convenient with plenty of restaurants close by. The coffee place and bar located on the ground floor were a big plus

Glass bathroom walls+door were a bit weird and the air-conditioning smelled a bit strange.

Great location, spacious balcony, helpful staff. Nice to have a coffee shop and restaurant attached, and it’s a few minutes’ walk to the beach.

Glass bathroom walls and the sink outside of the bathroom. Also very small room. It was hard to move around.

There is only a snack bar at the hotel. The breakfast was at a Bakery just in front.

Bedroom lighting and bathroom should be better..

Tiny rooms, smelly AC, thin walls, damaged door.

Once we learned the window needed to be shut, the AC was great. The reception staff was excellent. Location for walking to the beach and foos establishments was great.

We did not like having a disabled room, nor the shower without a curtain as glass spewed water all over the bathroom floor and made a mess - we did not have enough towels to keep it dry. The room was very dark and had poor lighting.

It was ok, very small room and bathroom. Just basic. In my opinion overpriced, I went in July so high season.
