Very friendly staff with check-in and breakfast. The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and modern, although a little small.

The breakfast area was very crowded and caused the simple buffet to be a little incomplete at certain moments.

We hadn't realised that the hotel had secure parking but when they saw us parking our car, which had bikes on the back, on the street they offered us a closed in parking space which was excellent. The staff in general were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was good.

Brand new (in 2021) and delicate interior and practical design. Good bed and great shower. Central location and free parking.

Breakfast and dinner is available but quite limited. Roof terrace was not open for guests.

- location is great- extremely comfy mattress, proper selection of good quality beddings- the staff (all the 4 members i met) were fantastic, helping as much as they could, then some more- excellent breakfast- open parking just behind the hotel- a couple of really nice beer options- a nice, wide shower, with soft towels to match

- electricity is on only when in the room, with the card inserted. this prevents electricity waste, but also does not allow for tablet/smartphone to be charged a bit during a stroll outside. i would like a usb plug always charged, card or not- the single bed room has the "wardrobe" (an open structure in wood and steel) only 5 (five!) fingers away from the bed: there is an high chance to hit the structure during sleeping. i slid the bedside table out and shifted the bed closer to the wall, problem solved- dinner main course had a fancy name, but reality was much simpler. still good enough (even excellent when price is factored) but expectations were higher- light on the bathroom mirror was broken (main was ok), which called for an almost "no-look" shave

Super close to the center of ordizia. A great option for Thais wanting to experience the real Basque Country aware from the tourists on donostia.

The air conditioning doesn't blow cold air so it was quite hot during the night.

The hotel seemed quite new, and was very nice and modern. We arrived by car, and it was possible to find free parking nearby. The (included) breakfast was among the best during our round trip in the Basque area. We arrived very late in the evening, due to some problems on a hiking trip, and were afraid we couldn't get in to the hotel after 10 p.m. However, luckily, someone from the staff was waiting for us to let us in.

Just the noise of the traffic which was a minus.

Everything about Hotel Ordizia was perfect from the location, staff, facilities to the breakfast and stunning views from the roof terrace. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Ordizia as a perfect base for a Basque Highlands visit.

Everything was good so nothing to complian about.

I am the very tall person (about 2 meters) and that is why the bed was a little bit short for me. But i don't feel a big problem with that (because it's just a typical problem) and for any other person they will be just fine!I do also appreciate the silence in the room.

The hotel is absolutely new. The room was little and very basic but extremely clean. Parking is a great bonus. The breakfast was very good.

Loved the stay. Easily among the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Very agreeable, quiet and close to the motorway for those who need to break up long distance travel. A fully considered approach to sustainability, recycling and local products, not only on foods but also in regionally produced furniture, fixtures etc. Love to come back.
