Hotel facilities are good. Staff very friendly.

Prices for breakfast are high. Almost twice as other places.

Clean, good value for money. Pleasant staff.

Restaurant food was average and closed early.

The hotel had a good restaurant and rooms were very well noise insulated. Pet friendly.

Great hotel well situated if you are traveling. It is very close to the highway. Enough places to park in a secluded street. The gastrobar is very convenient. The best is the staff. They call me to verify the time of arrival making sure the kitchen was open. Great service.

We spent one night there as a family of four on our way to Portugal. The staff was friendly, and the junior suite was a good size, with a spacious bathroom, a comfortable double bed, and a sofa bed for the kids. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the next morning—both were great experiences! We’ll definitely find more reasons to come back again!

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Good food.

Factory across the road was noisy during the night, so couldn't open the window to cool the room (A/C was on heat and couldn't be changed). We were very near the front of the hotel so maybe the rooms at the back would have been quieter...

Nothing all perfect

Probably the best accommodation option in Aretxabaleta, value 4 money. 15 minutes walk from the center (although there is a bus stop 50 m from the entrance to the hotel, you just have to cross a small park), restaurant/ gastrobar with enough options on the ground floor, extremely kind staff, interesting design, cleanliness, proper heat (important when traveling in winter, my case), in short I would come back anytime.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff who spoke good English; room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the common areas looked great. On site parking was excellent.

Nothing to note - we didn't get to use the bar/restaurant as arrived too late but everything looked great.

Big room, comfortable beds, great shower

Location, was great as we were traveling by road from the UK to Spain.Everything was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was perfect for tired, hungry travellers.

It was too cold - able to set bedroom temperature to comfortable level but elsewhere in the hotel the air conditioning was set too low especially as it was mid winter.

Where to start? Beds -supremely comfortable and very big!Cleanliness - everything absolutely spotless.Unusually, lots of pillows. Marvellous! So you don't get a crick in your neck reading or watching tv.Best of all - dogs allowed in the bar and dining roomBig secure parking with easy access.Easy access to the motorway, easy to find.

Good walks in the area and a restaurant in the hotel. Quite a few other dog owners there, which was nice

The breakfast is alright but not the best. But having said that they arranged pancakes for us even though it was not something they usually had. So 5* just for that!!

Really comfortable and quiet rooms. I had a nice view of the forest. Just stayed one night during travel, would stay again

Excellent hotel and great just off the main road from Spain to France. Good size room and bathroom. Very clean. Staff great and bonus of a bar and restaurant. It will become my regular stopping off point!

I think the place is very nice for the money very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful all the time ☺️ we travel with our small dog and was not issue

For me everything was perfect

The hotel was perfect for us, we were travelling back from Portugal to the UK. It was lovely and clean. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were so comfortable.
