Very nice setting.
No hot water in the morning. Bed was rock hard.staff were not very friendly. TV was tiny. No air conditioning or fan supplied. Near a kennels, dogs barking all night. Breakfast was not very good. We travel in Spain every year, so are able to make reasonable comparisons.

Perfect location to visit Bilbao or Vitoria (30 min from either of them) The village it's small but super beautiful and just in front of the hotel you have parking and a little river for a walk into the nature. Great value for money! They also have a bar/restaurant open all day with a nice terrace, the staff was super nice and we could stayed with our dog! (15€ extra per night)
