Place is great!! Beautiful, quiet at a good price and nice staff.

They charge you for the two water bottles they leave in the room (most other hotels have it as complimentary).

The food in the restaurant was excellent. We had an early dinner and it was great. The restaurant is open most of the day so we could stop by anytime we wanted.

Little things. There wasn't a way to get ice for having our drinks in the room. There weren't any towels at the pool area. There wasn't anyone at the host station to seat us in the restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes and then just sat ourselves down.

Hotel is nice and in a charming location. Have stayed there multiple times and the price is good, restaurant very good and amenities like the pool and golf are great. Staff is also nice.

There is a part of the hotel (there our room was located this time) where wifi and phone signal did not reach well, so it was very frustrating because I could not access the internet from the room (had to walk to the lobby/restaurant area).

The Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and the interiors were very clean

There were various factors;. The view from the bedroom window was `non exsistent´, and depressing, overlooking, overgrown shrubs/trees etc. although we had requested a TWIN BEDDED Room, there was not one in the hotel apparently ?!. The entrance to the hotel, was very run down and the Grounds were not well maintained (apart from the actual Golf Course). The outside Pool area, also very dilapidated, with run down buildings, missing pieces of roofing, grafitti etc, and generally unmaintained Grounds/surroundings, very sad really.

Great hotel experience for this money. An honest 4 stars with comfy bed, ac, all the necessities like toothbrush, comb, hair conditioner etc. The breakfast was also good. And the thing I liked the most here - magnificent view! It is located on the private territory, surrounded by lake, and you can see mountains from the north side.

You cannot play golf if you don't have license or something. I didn't have much time so I wanted just to try it out, but it turned out that it's impossible without some prior preparation, so keep that in mind. Also, the whole place looked a bit deserted, but maybe I was just visiting in a low season.

Beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Relaxed atmosphere with attentative staff in a quiet location.

It was wonderful in the summer, but I suspect that if you can't use the pool and don't play golf, there isn't an awful lot else to do.

Set in lovely grounds with great views from the clean, modern and large room I stayed in.

Although it was early June the hotel had not yet opened the pool for the season which was a little disappointing, one to note if you are intending to stay either side of the "peak" summer months.

The staff is helpful, location is wonderful very nice view, the room is clean, a lot of parking space. The restaurant has a good food. This hotel is not for stay only but for recreation also.

Absolutely stunning setting and location. The views of the bedroom were gorgeous with the lake, the trees and the mountains. We loved it.

I have 3 kids so I had to split with my wife and each one of us had to stay in a different room as there were not connecting or family rooms

Perfectly appointed and luxurious room. This 4* offers a better stay than many 5* hotels. Dinner was wonderful and unable to fault in any way. Surrounding area and pool beach cafe both excellent. Staff helpful and informative.

Breakfast could have provided more. Some items expected were missing. An unexpected disappointment in an otherwise top class hotel

only thing really was the balcony furniture was tired and one of the chairs seat had collapsed inwards

The location is great

The beds are very old and uncomfortable. The rooms are dated and worn out. The place needs new mattresses and upgrades to rooms.

Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. And the view over the lake is exceptional. We'll be back.
