Very nice room and reception staff.

Restaurant both at dinner and breakfast was poor. One wait staff was particularly loud at dinner and I strapped in at breakfast as she had the following morning's shift. Happily she was calm and quiet.No hot water at morning shower.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those at reception, in the spa, and doing the breakfast service. Staff in the restaurant were very efficient and the food was reasonably good. Spa experience was absolutely wonderful. Nice to have the underground garage to park the car in, though this was an extra (relatively small) cost. Overall, great value for money.

All the form-filling at reception took quite a while to do (and unfortunately we arrived just as a group of 6 were checking in, so we were waiting quite a long time). Maybe they can make that a bit more efficient with completing some documents pre-checkin or something? Wi-fi wasn't always the best. A kettle or coffee-maker in the room would have been nice.

Our attic room was spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated with fantastic beds. A huge plus is that they accept pets. Free onsite parking too.

The breakfast was nothing special and the same both days but adequate. The room could have had better lighting

We got a quiet big nice room on third floor with two big beds.

The beds were a bit hard for us. There were no egg products at breakfast.

This is a hotel for senior citisens and we made the mistake of going there with children.The breakfast - - consisting mainly of bread an meat - - was horrendous. The rooms are old and literally rusty.

We came cometly wet with bicycles and had a warmly welcome and big space to put the bikesRestaurant tried hard to give vegan food. Everything was great.

Great location. The room itself was lovely with great views and very comfortable beds.It was also close to the lift.

Staff weren't very friendly and didn't try to speak English on our arrival, although I indicated that my Spanish was limited. I'm also hard of hearing and wear a hearing aid.The receptionist on departure addressed us in English but wasn't very friendly either. He neither asked us if we had enjoyed the stay nor did he say that he hoped we would visit again. We hadn't made any complaints and were friendly guests.We had requested an accessible bathroom for my disabled husband, and while the bathroom itself was great with a handrail in the shower, the toilet had no handrails and was very low. Therefore it was difficult to get up from the toilet.There was also an empty soap container in the bathroom.The breakfast was adequate but a real budget breakfast with little choice. For a 4-star hotel, this was very poor. But we were wondering if this breakfast was geared at people paying bargain prices for their rooms.

Bed was huge and very comfortable

Fridge didn't work in my room, and no facilities in the bedroom for a 4* establishment. I would have expected a kettle / tea and coffee.For a one night trip with check in at 3pm the baths are closed in the afternoon and booked out I the morning sadly.

Only when it was time to leave did they tell me travelling dog staying in the hotel would cost an extra €15. Which I thought was unfair as I purposely chose this place only because it allowed dogs

Very wide and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very recent and it is built with very wide spaces. The service is very attentive.

The breakfast was poor. It did not include a hot breakfast. Nevertheless, it included fruit, toast, and cereals enough to move forward.

Modern Hotel as a building. Beds and bathroom ok.

Booked a suite but it was just a big wheelchair room, we felt betrayed about that. No place to sit, only one tablechair for 2 people. Beds had only sheets, no blankets to find! Restaurant has only a fixed menu and no card. It's like a cheap pension in a modern environment. Not suited for overnight stay but more for Spa treatments of elderly people. We did not use the Spa.The breakfast was only basic.So everything very disappointing.

The bed was very comfy and the dinner was good. The junior suite was large.

The room had few facilities, no kettle in the room, safe, fridge did not work. Large bath with no shower screen. Nowhere to put anything in the oversized bathroom. Breakfast was of poor quality. No access to the pool unless an extra payment was made

Location, cleanliness

Soul-less. Never been in such a soul-less hotel. Zero personality, looks like a 60s school from the outside and although super clean, just empty and lacking.

We come back to this beautiful hotel with own thermal bath every time we have the chance.The room was good and bed very comfortable. the Breakfast is abundant and the bread is delicious. We booked spa at the therms direct at the location. Responsible lady at therm was a little bit pushy but the spa is worth.Everything was very clean and comfortable. We are coming back again.

Friendly staff, food nice.

Air conditioning didn't work and window wouldn't open so was impossible to sleep.

Easily located from the highway, they have a parking outside and a private one as well (pay per day).

The whole complex and room was very impersonal. The fridge was not working and I had to ask reception to help me with the aircon. Not bad overall, but not sure it’s worth the money.
