Cons -
- A bit out the way 1 pub no shops, no air con in the room and no wifi in the room
- No downside for us as it was perfect for a stopover. Heads up with regards to local restaurants there is only a small local bar. We took a picnic as there are gardens and seating areas around the hotel.
- Local bar had a bad atmosphere so we walked out

Wow what a beautiful traditional Spanish Hotel. Host spoke very good English and was very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and lovely ensuite facilities. Parking on site. Bar two minutes around the corner which we visited for a drink. Very quiet Spanish village.Great stopover just off the main road.

Very clean rooms and lovely gardens. The rooms with en-suites were charming. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Friendly. Fantastic building and architecture
Local bar had a bad atmosphere so we walked out
Olde worlde but not like the app display
Dark cold only one pillow each. Owner didn't make himself known to us despite being called a number of times
Pet friendly.
Expected superior room and got very basic room.Room was too dark and could hardly see anything. Toilet seat and lid broken. Bed very basic and small double. Sheets did not fit. TV no terrestrial channels. Internet non functional at night, so TV firestick useless. No staff on site.Shower head had no wall holder.Very 'tired' room furniture. Not enough electric sockets.
We were welcoming by the receptionist who was extremely helpful and patient with us. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. A good ensuite. We enjoyed our stay.
I would have liked some tea making facilities in the room.
Near to the A23 so useful overnight stop. Quirky. Hot water. Friendly staff. I was aware that we would have to go to Calamocha to eat so we had food with us.
Wifi not available in the room. The password didn’t work when I tried to get on line in the lounge. Never paíd as much as €10 for a pet. Because of the lack of internet access I doubt we will go to this hotel again.
Rincon de Navarette is a beautiful old Spanish building both inside and outside. The host was very welcoming and other staff excellent. This is our second time staying here and won't be out last.
We arrived on a Sunday so had to travel 4km for a bite to eat.
Clean and comfortable just of A23. Good overnight stop off on route to coast. Owner has renovated his family home which is lovely. Also accommodated our small dog.
Grand old building with imposing rooms. Large bathroom, good shower and plenty of hot water. Parking on site
No restaurant and had to drive to nearby town (10-15 minutes) for a meal. Breakfast charged as an extra and only served from 9am, which was too late for us. Nowhere to make drinks, one local bar but otherwise a deserted village!Check in can be tricky, you need to phone the owner to alert them to your arrival. Brusque welcome, felt like we were an inconvenience.
Quaint village friendly greeting
Hard to rate as severe thunderstorm as we arrived which flooded parts of village and kept us in. Secondly we wanted to cancel breakfast as we no longer needed it and could find no one to talk to in the evening. In the end we left a note hoping that would suffice
I love this hotel. Very quirky. Not far off the main road for a stopover.
No tea/coffee facilities in room and nowhere close to buy food and drink. I've stayed a few times and now just pick up some juice and a couple of sandwiches at a petrol station before I get there.
Charming provincial hotel from another time. A bit distanced from most attractions make it the perfect stop on a long journey to seek some quiet.
A bit far away from anything. To get a meal it’s best to go to nearby pueblos, like Calamocha.
Location. Room ok. Clean linen ( but cobwebs handing down from the rafters). Bathroom nice.
More shabby than chic I'm afraid. Breakfast was poor. No choice, stale cereal, wrinkly apple or black banana. Only 1 small cup of tepid coffee. Had to phone for staff attention as no one around.
Excellent hotel to stay on our way home from Spain. The owner was very welcoming on our arrival and spoke fluent English. The hotel lies approximately five minutes off the A23 road in the quaint village of Navarrete and provided bed and breakfast. There is also a bar within two minutes walk of the hotel where you were made welcome.
Quirky property.
Bath needs a slip mat, very dangerous. No support bars. The property was very tired. There’s no restaurant in the hotel or town. In fact there is one bar but no food.
The property was amazing, so much history. It had a lot of character. The parking for our motorcycles was excellent.
The sheets were too small for the bed. There was a crack in the toilet seat.
