The property was nice and managed well.

I felt like I was sleeping in an ashtray! It was awful. The property was ok it was just that. I hardly slept all night due to the smell. Had to open a window and that did not take care of the pungent smoke.

Clean room but the bathroom was a little dated. Room service only, which was quick but would have preferred to sit in a restaurant.

There was nothing in the walking distance except petrol station. Motel was very safe for a fully loaded car with direct access from private garage to the room.Bed was comfortable and in the bathroom was enough water for a hot bath.

The rooms were very spacious comfortable and cleaned every day. Lots of hot water, air-conditioning worked very well. Although being close to an auto route, there was no noise at all.

The rooms were on top of your own Garage so very secure for yourself and the car. The problem was I did not have a car! So I was not aware on the first day that I had to enter the garage walk up the stairs to my room.

It was well located, close to my business trip destination. Good value for money. I came with rented car - secure perimeter and the private garage was an advantage.

Most pleasant stay especially since I was so near the airport. It was very quiet, pleasant. Although the motel did not offer food serves per se, it did offer breakfast (continental). Other food recommendations were limited due to the industrial nature of the area. The gasoline station around the corner, offered food to order: eggs & other simple dishes in big portions were available.

Parking was unusual as it was your private garage sort of speak. Plenty of lights lite up the place.

It's great for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The private garage and security in the premises is also an excellent condition. The room was big, comfortable. The bathroom clean and breakfast enjoyable.

Nice to find a king bed in Spain for a reasonable price. The room was clean and large with unique decorations and super easy access to the car as you have your own garage downstairs. Access to the motel is strictly controlled so you feel very safe. You’re in an industrial area, so to access restaurants or walk around town, you will have to drive. Breakfast was coffee and croissant or toast brought to your room and served through a door in the wall. Great value for the money.

Wish it had a refrigerator!

It felt like your own apartment, parking the car beneath and living uostairs in a very comfortable room with airco. The location is industrial, but we did’nt mind, because we where away during daytime. An excellent spot for exploring Valencia and surroundings. Also very kind people at the reception desk. Very helpful and genuine interested.

The first impression when entering the industrial aerea. But nothing happened, it was OK.

Breakfast was a joke. 1 (one) piece of bread and some butter and jam. Didn't get cutlery. No fridge available. Not even possible to borrow an iron+ironingboard. Fungus smell in the bathroom.

Convenient location for travel. Like the garage like the setup. Have always enjoyed staying at Valle del Nilo. But this time disappointed.

Air conditioning not working properly. The bath was not clean it had mould. I much prefer the rooms with walk in shower.. However the discomfort of the air con not working was a problem..Very hot night. Had to open the window but noisy from factory facing.

Worst hotel ever!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The room smells of smoke and the mattress is in an indescribable condition, full of stains from human fluids. Very poor breakfast served through a counter as if it were a prison. I would have preferred to sleep in the car. My dog's bedl is definitely cleaner! That armchair is certainly not for relaxing! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Car is safe in the garage. It's noisy outside so it's not possible to sleep with open window, good thing there is an air-conditioner, but see below..

Smell of the cigarettes in 1 of the rooms, even though there are signs that smoking is forbidden. I think smoke alarm could help with bad customers.Air-conditioner in 1 of 2 rooms we've booked was very noisy and requires tech service. You can only sleep if it's on the lowest speed
