Nothing good about it at all

Room was stinking like sewer and gas, people screaming and slamming doors all night, staff not friendly, no lights in hallways, worst hotel I've seen! Bunch of drunk young teens

Location was good

All the doors in the apartment had been kicked in at some point. Was dirty. Bathroom door was literally hanging off. Reported on the first morning and was promised it would be fixed. It wasn’t. Obviously being near the infamous strip, people are there to party but at 4am on Saturday went to have a word with the people up stairs as we’re having a rather loud party. Was about 50 teenagers in the apartment. We went with an open mind as it was cheap but was definitely not worth the money. Having to basically kick out a mass group of teenagers just so our wives could get some sleep is not our idea of a holiday. I’m under no illusions that that situation could’ve ended very badly. Beds were dirty. Furniture very poor. A shame as even with a small amount of effort it could be a nice place. Been to albufiera many times, stayed in lots of places local and first time we’ve had anything like it.

There were no towels. Had to ask and they gave only hand towels. Place was not clean and air conditioner wasn’t working. No extras at all. Noisy outside and had some girls knocking on our door multiple times around midnight. Would not recommend this place.

Air-conditioning doesn't switch off, only with the fuse box switch. Floors dirty. The balcony is disgusting. Spider webs on all the windows. There was no towels. Bed sheets were cleaned but badly stained. The shower head holder was taped with the plaster. Toilet was leaking. There was no dish washing liquid or sponge. Door to the apartment was broken and slightly fixed. Anyway it's not suitable for human being. Avoid that place!

Staff were really friendly, great location and great value

For 1-2 nights for party holidays with friends it’s okay when you just sleep there.

It was not really clean the bedsheets are not clean at all and the housekeeping came ever 30 min on day of checkout and wanted us to go 3 hours before the actual checkout which was really disturbing.

Location and staff where perfect but communication was very poor as the actually hotel is closed down for building work and no body had told us this. the new hotel had no pool

the hotel was closed and we had to go to another hotel, now it was directly beside it but there was zero communication about it

the fact it was not the hotel I booked and was a good 20/25 mins from the location I booked and we didn’t get any empathy from the staff it was you stay here or leave attitude

good location

leaking toilet.Wouldn’t supply a new towel until every three days, staff made a huge fuss about it when you wanted a new towel beforehand, had to jump through several hoops just to get one

The location was good. that is the ONLY positive.

the receptionist was extremely rude. the rooms were disgustingly dirty.door handles were broken and hanging off.shower rails were hanging off.wooden cupboards were smashed.the floors were filthy.the shower was hardly working.there was no air con remote in any rooms.

The property was at a excellent location. it was right beside the strip and 2 mins walking distance from the beach.

the property is outdated and extremely old. the floors were dirty and there was a smell coming from the kitchen sink. the ceiling paint was fallingdown and it wasn’t cleaned once for the 4 nightswe stayed there.

Location is a must. Near the beach and near the shops/bars. Reception staff and cleaners were friendly and helpful.

Facilities (entrance/lift/room/bathroom/kitchen/furniture/AC/ well basically everything) are old and it looks like they are not taken care of. The photos on the website make the place look much better than it actually is. Night silence rules are not observed and it is difficult to go into deep sleep or even sleep through the night, because there is always someone dragging furniture or talking loudly, all night long.. I did not dare to use the swimming pool.
