Very relaxing place. Friendly team, great size pool, very clean room, excellent breakfast great selection.

Nothing to note.

It is the perfect hotel if you are looking for a good price/quality relationship option in the area. The biggest highlights for me were the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, and the variety and quality of the breakfast.

The spa area can get a little too hot. It might benefit from some additional ventilation. Additionally, I don’t think a 4-star hotel should charge extra for spa towels and robes.

the hotel and room was very comfortable. It is a bit outdated in some areas but overall really nice. Staff was fantastic and Breakfast was great.

Fitness center needed updating, airflow, more weights, benches and treadmill. Updated business center and bathroom grout work as over time things get warned. Better blow dryer and iron/iron board.

Very nice breakfast every day, and the spa (steam room, hot tub and massage pool) were a nice perk

the bath/shower was not as clean as I expect. Black mold stains on the tile grout. Also, the onsite restaurant was never open for dinner while we there, so the two restaurants in town where the only option to eat. Description also mentioned a natural hot spring - this was under construction, and had been for about 3 years, so not available to us to use. That was the reason for choosing this specific hotel.

Comfy beds. Access to spa. Good breakfast. We got good use of the billiard table!

The spa is not maintained well (sauna out of order jacuzzi was hot but bubbles not working). Receptionist recommended two local restaurants which were both closed (ok it was Monday but he should have known!) we ended up eating at the hotel.

One of the main reasons why we choose this hotel was Turkish sauna, but it wasn’t working when we were there. It was very disappointing.

I really liked the breakfast and spa, they were really nice. I had really relaxed day in the spa. The breakfast has a great variety and it is really delicious.

The hotel gave us a premium room, but the minibar was dirty and the room was with a smoke smell. We request if it was possible to have another room, and the hotel change us to another room. The staff was really helpful.

The hotel was very basic but also very clean. The spa was great for relaxing. The room was clean, large and had a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was varied and very good with traditional food. The hotel is located in a very calm place, next to the river, close to two restaurants and a bar to have a drink in the evening (there's only one bar in this place). Wifi in your room, fairly good signal...parking outside of the hotel.

The spa service was disorganized, too many people and not enough chairs to put things on.The spa area was too small to allow so many people at the same time. And literally nothing at all to do neArby ad you are approx 5miles away from civilization, if we want to do something different like take a coffe and see some people, we have to drive like 8 minutes to find the civilization...

The staff is very nice and always ready to answer your questions.About the staff in restaurant I just have to say they were really good taking in account the tools they have. Positive point for the breakfast but the freshness of some products is questionable.

For me two big issues. The SPA has huge levels of chlorine. I ask in the front desk to review this issue. I wouldn't be there again with such levels. The moist is too aggressive even for the eyes just to be inside the area. I don't believe they will review because as they said, it's automatic. So it's automatically wrong setup. The other issue was the noise coming from the fridge or mini bar that didn't let me sleep. I think the answer is not to unplug the fridge as suggested in the front desk. I don't think I will be staying there again. A 4 star hotel?About the restaurant, they are ready to serve but very expensive food and the quality for a 4 star hotel is questionable.

Well, the Hotel has all the requirements to be an excellent 4* Hotel. Due to Pandemic I believe, it has suffered a lot, and some services are no longer provided as they should. The room size is good, and the pool is extremelly convenient. The breakfast is also quite good and has a wide range of fruits, pastry, cereals, eggs and dried/smoked meats.

What I mentioned before, about the impact that covid-19 had, we can see on the bellow points:- Pool service is terrible. We need to order food and drinks from the reception. Then orders are delivered to the pool. The tables at the pool, where people eat, are not cleaned often, so food remains there for a while, while insects and bugs pay a visit.- Spa/Jacuzzi schedule was not being accomplished. A lot of people staying there at the same time, not following the rules supposedly in place.- Since a few things were missing from the expected service, staff could be more flexible with customer's requirements (booking the spa on a previous day, for example).
