- Reception staff very helpful and professional t
- good position and nice breakfast
Cons -
- The staff ignored my emails and nobody could speak English when I telephoned three times. I wouldn't have booked the place if they had answered my questions. This is probably why they did not answer my emails. I wanted to know about the location and how far from the nearest train station. They did not answer and I was presented with a Euro 55.00 taxi charge for a 5 kilometre ride. I repeat, I would not have booked if they had answered my emails. It's in the middle of nowhere just off a dual carriage way. Nothing there. No shops, no cafes, no restaurants, no pubs or bars - NOTHING. The phone wasn't working when I tried to ring them on the night of the booking. IT'S NO WONDER THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD IN ADVANCE. The guy on reception said he'd take me to the station in the morning BUT, HE WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN IN THE MORNING.DO NOT BOOK THE KYRIA. I think they have other hotels and I wouldn't stay in any of them either. RIPPED OFF.
- Totally adequate can’t find anything to dislike
