An excellent hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. Super clean rooms. A restaurant with delicious food.

The variety on the restaurant menu was small

Excellent breakfast. Excellent facilities. Need a car to explore the area.

Lack of facility to dry towels in room.

There was plenty of parking.

We choice this hotel as we have an electric car but the chargers are not provided by the hotel & we didn’t wish to download a new app. The fan ran all night in the toilet & was not fixed after complaining for our 2nd night. The breakfast had a poor choice & we had just started our breakfast when we were told it was finishing in 10 minutes. The water was turned off in the hotel just after breakfast & we were given no prior notice.

The breakfast was awesome, very tasty. I had a take-away lunch that was quite good as well.The room was spacious, modern, clean, comfortable and well-appointed.ALL the staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and bilingual (perhaps trilingual and/or multilingual). I found the property affordable also. And, I was able to charge my electric vehicle in the parking lot. Thanks!!

The rooms were large and pleasant. Ours were on the ground floor and had external access and a small seating area, which was pleasant to sit out in the evening.. The breakfast was very good and the serving staff at dinner were friendly.

We had difficulty finding the hotel. Its entrance has a gate with absolutely no signage, There is an electronic gate, again with no instructions. It is as if they want to keep the place a secret. I drove past and spent time trying to find an entrance. I phoned the hotel for directions and they were most unhelpful - we do not have a gate, she said. A very bad start to our experience., which took some time to recover from.The dinner menu is very limited. We stayed two nights and would have run out of options had we stayed more. The atmosphere was quite corporate, with conferences and other events taking place and sometimes making access to public areas difficult.

Good facilities, loved the golf, nice spa, best bed ever. Liked the toilet being separate from the bathroom

The risotto was awful and although we asked for a medium burger it was very rare!

Rooms were excellent, staff were very helpful. A great location for the Chateaus and wine tasting as well as not far from the major roads to take you to elsewhere in France. Very quiet, good restaurant - very good.

The shower didn't drain very well. The gym is very basic but okay.

Very good location. Resort is nice and open. Golf around the the hotel is a nice set up. Breakfast buffet is amazing

Our room. We booked a superior king on the ground floor which had a small terrace on the inside of the hotel. Last year we booked a deluxe on ground floor with an open terrace on the golf and that was far better. Dîner staff was very friendly but a bit overwhelmed (hotel was full or quasi full)

The hotel has a good restaurant but with very limited (two - one starter and one main dish) vegetarian options.

Very clean room with amazing bed. The restaurant was very good with fair prices. The spa was a big plus.

Everything! Bed was amazing, great breakfast, beautiful decor. It's a superb hotel in a fabulous location. I'll happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Nothing I didn't like.

It's a beautiful hotel in the middle of nature. We stayed with a group of friends for the Medoc Marathon and had a fabulous time. If you don't just come for the Golf, you will definitely need a car to move around, as there is nothing in walking distance, such as villages, restaurants, shops etc. The hotel was modern and had good facilities, we enjoyed the pool and a massage in the spa. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the food was great, especially with the beautiful view from the terrace. Definitely would stay there again.
