- Very nice personal approach of the owner. The building – an old villa has a spirit. Restaurant/breakfast room was very interesting. Decorations and a furniture was very nice, also the garden with a swimming pool.
Cons -
- The room smelt strongly of damp and mould. It was difficult to sleep it was so bad. It was impossible to sleep with an open window. The bed was uncomfortable, I could feel the individual springs. There was almost no toilet paper (¼ roll for 2 days..... I ran out) The breakfast was meagre and unappetising. I was asked when I arrived if I was a courier person not welcomed.
- There is virtually no internet service so make sure to get a good SIM card with lots of data.
- The cleanliness of the room could be better. A lot of fabric suede upholstery on old furniture means a lot of dust to remove. The room was situated in a basement of a villa with very few windows. The lock on main door could work better.

The room, the pool, the staff, the peace and quiet, the beauty, the cleanliness, the garden. One feels very comfortable and at home.
There was no honey for breakfast (that I saw), so really I am just nit picking at this point!They weren’t offering dinner at 8:30pm already. However they guided us to some restaurants in Vézénobres, 5 minutes away.
- Calm- Sunshine- Pool- The owner was super nice and friendly- Dinner was served to our terrace, which we really liked
- Mosquitos. - Breakfast wasn’t bad by no means. But it wasn’t what we had expected based on the reviews either. Just a very simple breakfast. - The closest market is 35 minutes walking distance and it’s not a nice walk. So either bring your own groceries, or bring your car.
