Pros +
- Lovely, friendly host, great food, perfect facilities for our 1 day stay.
- the human contact with the owner, who was very pleasant with us.diner was very good; breakfast was superior with great choices of musli, good yoghurt, jam, juice, extra croissants!
- Very quiet location; isolated and unhurried
Cons -
- The set menu was only just acceptable; the quality was fine, but the dishes lacked imagination.
- It was not made clear that the hotel restaurant was not able to serve a full complement of guests and only informed us on the morning of our arrival that the restaurant was fully booked. However the hotel did manage to arrange a table at a nearby restaurant.
