    • Paris was the final city of our trip and this hotel was the perfect ending. It was my teenage daughter and I traveling together and we loved everything about the hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted in English, they helped us with our bags and answered lots of questions anytime we had them. They helped us with directions, the location is so perfect and lovely to walk right out of the hotel and around the area. Metro station was just a couple min walk away too. Breakfast was great each morning and we even had wine and hot cocoa in the room one night which was a treat. And the spa was the final piece that just topped it all off. Hope to stay again one day!
    • Excellent hotel,facilities, food, and decor !!!
    • Hotel's location amazing. Food good but expensive. Hotel great. Some staff great others not.

    Cons -

    • Wouldn’t change a thing!
    • Food was expensive and given the price of the hotel something better here would have made the stay exceptional.
    • The hotel and food was quite expensive but you do get what you pay for.

Good location. Nice room with a view of the marina. Plenty of parking.

The hotel and food was quite expensive but you do get what you pay for.

Fantastic location between the lagoon and beach. Bight clean and very comfortable rooms. The rooms were well decorated and had everything you needed. Our room was quite small which may just be the luck of the draw, but with a spacious balcony we were happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time at the hotel. I felt it was expensive compared to similar hotels we've stayed in, but perhaps that is because of the location.

The location right on the beach and within walking distance of the port. The view on the Laguna and the nice balcony.

We had a lovely room and view. The beach was so close and we found a lovely restaurant a short walk away. The staff were lovely in particular the bar staff who were great fun in the evenings.

I would have preferred to see the pool being cleaned more often. It always had a film on it and insects floating. It wasn’t dirty and People still used it and enjoyed it but not for me !

The staff were all extremely friendly. Our first room was lovely. Evening meals in the restaurants were very good. The hotel is in a quiet area which given how busy the actual town was, was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was extremely limited, more choice would have been appreciated. We extended our stay and had to change rooms as our first room was booked. The second room was much smaller - I don't think we'd have been happy to stay in it the whole time.

Very friendly staff, especially the lady working at the reception called Fatim (I think). Great location, quiet, close to the sea. The room was ok, a bit too small for a deluxe option but it had a big balcony with a great view over the lagoon. Very pleasant cleaning staff too? I liked the pool as well

The restaurant was ok, the food we had was nice but the menu was very limited, only one vegan option, and didn’t change for the whole time we were there. The same problem with the breakfast-nice enough but the same food every day. Sometimes not enough staff to look after the clients at dinner time. That’s why we ate out most of the time.

The prime location, exquisite decor, divine food and incredible staff. An absolute must of a stay. Big shout out the Tony, he made our stay that much more enjoyable ☺️

    Nothing to dislike ?

The location is great at the end of the street just between the laguna and the beach Breakfast was goodPrivate parking was goodStaff was friendlyNice decoration in the hotel

For the price category (>300€), the room and bathroom was very small. I would overthink price policy as then expectations are different. The double bed consisted of two mattresses with a gap in between and therefore the bed was not super comfortable. When we stayed there, there were a lot of family with kids there and so it was very loud at the pool area. As it is a spa hotel, I was not not expecting this. I think it could be good to have a pool attendant and separate the two pools into an adult and kids area. Now kids were jumping into the pool from all sides and a ball was hitting my sunbed, making it not the relaxed environment we were looking for.

Great location with lovely views. Nice sized rooms and good bathrooms.

    Pool area a bit outdated

Sweet, little hotel that had everything you might need for a few days of relaxation. The location right on the beach is excellent, the hotel is at the southern/quiet end of Saint Cyprien, which is much nicer than the northern bits, which are loud and busy.

Had some issues re housekeeping, which were communicated to reception and promptly addressed.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location. Staff were excellent and food was very good.

    The food, the staff

Very small bathrooms, pretty small swimming pool

Parking on the territory, great view out of the window, clean , recently renovated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Direct access to the beach! So, the area is quite and relaxing

It is located on the isolated area, so, if you want to go out for dinner , you will have to take a car. Otherwise, the only restaurant is where you have breakfast. Which is good.

    10NataliaPosted on: 7-11-2024

Free parking on the territory, beautiful view, comfortable bed, very clean room, pool, huge beach 1 minute walk , balcony with chairs, service.

Well, it’s far from the restaurants, so, you have to take a car to go out for dinner. Otherwise, the restaurant on the territory is good, but that means that breakfast, lunch and dinner is in the same place.

    8UmitPosted on: 7-6-2024

It’s located on the beach, so to reach the beach no need to walk a lot or to drive. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are modern.

It’s my fourth time staying there, love it; although it’s not a dealbreaker for me, I believe that every year the breakfast is getting worse. This time we couldn’t stop from laughing a lot, seeing film thin cut only yellow cheese offering the manchego and the egg station unlike the previous years was limited just to boil eggs. Let’s see next year.

Mostly friendly staff, perfect location just by the beach, comfortable room and balcony, good breakfast. Walking distance (5-7 minutes) to Temple Beach which is nice for sun beds, lunch, and dinners.

I booked half board without realizing and I wouldn’t recommend it. The food was not great (completely over cooked pasta with the strangest mix on top, very chewy fish bites in the ceviche, soggy fries…) and when asking for just a plain green salad instead of starter, well, in summary I didn’t get it. Also, my room which was supposed to be “laguna view”Was in reality “parking view” and I had to hang out of the balcony to actually see the laguna. So if view is important to you, pay up and get sea view. Quite many in the staff don’t speak English and although I asked for an English spa menu it was never given (so never went). Wifi was so slow that I had to turn it off and use my 5G.
