Pros +
- The staff, all of them from those responsible for welcome, cleaning, restaurant and spa, were efficient, kind and polite. Excellent! The spa is divine: excellent treatments, polite staff and beautiful rooms. And the pool was magical: perfect temperature, gorgeous view, even with the rainstorm outdoors ! And the restaurants, both of them, were excellent! Each had a different approach, each provided delicious, creative choices. Un régale !!!

Cons -
- The bathroom: would have preferred an Italian-style walk-in shower. Climbing over the tub was slightly dangerous as one could slip
- Not enough sun chairs around indoor pool. Guests were keeping their belongings on them when not using them. Need larger deck area off the spa.

Not enough sun chairs around indoor pool. Guests were keeping their belongings on them when not using them. Need larger deck area off the spa.
A spacious room with a terrace, clean bathroom and toilet. Everybody was helping with a smiling face; 2 goosd restaurants with delicious food, sufficient outdoor parking. Breakfast is with enough variety and crispy fresh bread. Well we have enjoyed our stay a lot
Nothing at all
Staff were so kind helpful and welcoming! Rooms were lovely and the spa was fantastic! Dinner at the restaurant was very good and breakfast following day was also great!
All was great
Attentive staff, fabulous breakfast buffet, excellent spa. A wonderful and much needed respite away from tourism while traveling through the south of France.
Italian restaurant was a bit of a disappointment.
nice location near the marina. nice pool and sun loungers upstairs
only 1 restaurant open and really expensive.with no variation in menu. breakfast was 25€ each and rubbish. was looking forward to a treat and that it was not
I loved the hotel, the facilities are great. Amazing location, I love the fact that the hotel takes one to the beach in a boat. Also the hotel has a little beach. The rooms are super gorgeous, very clean, everything is so pristine!!! The spa is great as well. We appreciated that the hotel has private parking and 2 electric chargers. The staff is super friendly. We also loved the restaurant Aquarama, very good.
The staff were nice. They were helpful although seemed to know little of the hotel. Food was reasonable but nothing memorable about it.
The room was a Premium Suite promoted as one of the best available, but it was one room with nowhere at all to sit. No sofa, no comfortable chairs. The TV was a waste of time. It was very expensive and we seemed to get nothing for our money.
Room was lovely, some hotel staff were very attentive.
Staff in charge of Italian restaurant and bar area were awful. Lazy, slack, forgetful. Mess left on bar, on seat in restaurant and room service from the night before was not cleared away by 2pm the following day. See pictures below. We were sat around the hotel pool for 8 hours and not once were we asked if we needed anything - a drink for example.
It's a great hotel. Cozy interior. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. In a word - Maximum comfortable stay.
The staff was great, polite, informative and curteous. The room was good, very quiet, not very large but comfortable. The swimming pool at the 3rd floor was somehow narrow but I was the only one using it. I enjoyed the Spa, I had a very good facial. Breakfast was good. The two restaurants, one with one star Michelin were fully booked therefore I had room service. There is a private beach on the lagoon and a boat that takes you to the sea side. I enjoyed my staying and recommend the hotel.
The decor was good and the bed was comfortable!
The entrance to the room felt cramped and difficult. The wardrobe is a bar behide a curtain! On every occasion we wanted a drink there was no one at the bar! No one on reception! Just no staff and no attention to detail! Really poor food and totally rude restaurant server. Food hugely below average ! Had to clear a table ourselves rather than look at it all afternoon !
The staff were excellent speaking English when the could
We got a surprise genius upgrade ,location and staff were excellent .
Stunning hotel in a great location. Great rooms, great service.
Compared to other nice hotels nearby, it was a bit expensive (for drinks, food etc)
Quiet, location is great, employees pro, food
We abolutely loved this hotel! So much so that we extended our stay. The staff are exceptional and special mention must go to Marie Laure, Laure and Gregory who like all of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I had read another review on Booking.com claiming this was the best hotel in France. It just might be. This hotel felt special from the moment we arrived. We felt at home and we relaxed into the wonderful facilities and beauty of the property. Clearly, this is a well-managed hotel and the management should take great credit from how their young team take such great care of their guests. Everything felt like a "can do" attitude. We loved every second of our stay, so much so that we almost felt tearful to leave which we could not really understand apart from to say that this wonderful hotel made a great impression on us. We cannot wait to return.
Whilst the Almadin Michelin star restaurant is exceptional, we were not that impressed by the Italian restaurant and found its menu very limited. We were disappointed that a daytime bar snack-type menu was not offered.
Special place to stay! Little paradise! The way how we were welcomed was amazing by a very, very pleasant, friendly young talented man!! The whole staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere and furniture in a kind of chic Caribbean style fitting in the landscape! Dinner and supporting wines were very good. Breakfast again in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very good. Could sit outside and inside. Again the staff helpful, friendly. The staff found my phone. Everything was good!! we did not had time for the spa, that is for our next visit!
Can’t think of anything!
The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
On arrival I wanted to take a shower after a long trip by car. Only cold water came for maybe a minute after which no more water came out. I wanted to call the reception but the phone didn't work either. An employee came to the room, informing us that the lack of water was a known issue. The telephone would be taken care of.Only after an hour the water came back. The telephone has never been fixed for the rest of the holiday. So we could never call to have a drink in the room or ask for inquiries. That is all unacceptable when staying in a 5 star hotel and spending that kind of budget
We had nice dinner at the Michelin star restaurant on-side. The breakfast in buffet style was a nice spread that we enjoyed at our leisure. Staff were very friendly and attentive. With good weather dinner and breakfast can be had outside overlooking the marina.
We had some difficulty finding the reception and hotel parking. The direction signs on the premises were covered by plants. Once inside the building the check in process with a complimentary glass of bubbles was pleasant and efficient.
