Excellent hotel, superior levels of service. The staff was very friendly and when we found ourselves without taxi to travel to our event's venue, the hotel manager very kindly offered to drive us there in his car. We're still very grateful for that and everything the staff did for us whilst we stayed there. Thank you!

    - The staff was super friendly, might have been the most friendly staff at any hotel we have ever visited.- The building and garden were beautiful and stylish - The rooms are kept at a comfortable temperature - Amazing rain shower - Dreamy pool surrounded by palm trees

Nitpicking here:- A little fridge in the room would be nice - The breakfast felt a little overpriced

The swimming pool was super especially as we were there when it was very hot. Very characterful building with modern fittings. Staff were very helpful and they catered for unusual dietary requirements. The parking was great.

No lift and slight sound proofing issue with the room doors. We were woken by people leaving their room early.

Lovely property, easy to find, very clean and comfortable. The lovely lady on reception we named “blondie” was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was great, very comfy with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful but at an extra cost. The receptionist booked us a restaurant which was absolutely amazing, so incredibly accomodating, especially with my husband being a vegan, which can be tricky in France! Maison Costin was the name, highly recommended.

    Nothing!

The hotel is charming on the site of the former vigneron's house. We even had some of the vineyard's wine. The staff were so lovely. My friend is disabled and they changed our room at the last minute. A shame we couldn't use the beautiful pool. The gardens were lovely to sit and have a coffee or breakfast in.

The website indicated there were facilities for disabled visitors so I hadn't thought to book a PMR room. But you must. The hotel kindly found us a room on the ground floor. And we had a very comfortable stay.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet location with very tasteful decor throughout. A lot of thought has gone into making it a little lovely experience to stay there. The food was excellent as was the wine selection. The chef is inventive so the flavours and presentation were top level. All the staff and the owners were faultless.

The menu is limited to 4 choices of starter, main and desert so if you're there for more than 3 .nights it might feel a little lacking in choice. That said, everything we ordered was excellent. There is no mini bar in the room.

Beautiful old building, very tastefully renovated. The cuisine was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

The room was super clean, and the bathroom was sparkling. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was great; plenty of variety and delicious food. The location was good and parking was easy. One thing that should be advertised is that the hotel is more like a bed and breakfast place than a hotel. It doesn't have staff after 8PM. If we were 5 minutes late we wouldn't find someone to open the door for us. But they leave instructions on the door to call a number and someone would come to let us in and help us with the luggage if any. The staff was extra nice and kind. And because we were late they were trying to reach us on the phone to let us know they were leaving. Luckily, we arrived 4 minutes before 8PM.

I can't think of any think that I didn't like.

Breakfast offer could be do much better and diverse

Remote as car required to reach variety of restaurants in the area and atmosphere

Beautiful, stylish, peaceful, and comfortable. The kitchen is excellent with an outstanding menu available for dinner and a lovely breakfast available as well.

    No negative comments!

Location, staff and general loveliness of the hotel was fabulous.

My only mini gripe was that the restaurant only offered a set menu of one option for starter, main and dessert which I was ok with but it didn't meet my partners needs.

A top hotel with warm hospitality, good restaurant , nice garden and good parking

Nothing except a small thing, missing a second chair in the room

Super kind staff. Great restaurant. Very comfortable rooms and beautiful property

    10NemaPosted on: 9-30-2023

This hotel is truly exceptional. The grounds outside the hotel feel like a resort with stylish landscaping, outdoor seating and a lovely pool. The hotel itself is expertly maintained & has a refreshing blend of old-world architecture and comfortable, modern amenities. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully crafted. But above all else- the dinner at this hotel should not to be missed. The chef & pastry chef create outstanding, creative, seasonal plates that we will remember for a lifetime. And the wait staff is delightful.

Beautiful old French hotel, with pool.Lovely quiet room for a great sleep in the large comfy bed.Friendly hosts. We never used the pool but it looked lovely.Secure private parking in large car park behind hotel which gives peace of mind when travelling with all your belongings.

The only thing I would say is there wasn’t anywhere to eat within walking distance on the night we stayed (Sunday) Must add my wife is coeliac so needs gluten-free food.We drove to Pezenas which is beautiful and worth a visit but again nowhere served food on the Sunday evening. Thank god for McDonald’s!But don’t let that deter you from staying here as it is beautiful and we would recommend it.
