Hôtel Les Hauts de Mourèze

Mourèze is a true delight of a small village. Do hike the cirque du Mourèze, it´s a stunning walk with great views. I came out of season so the pool was closed but the hotel is great, friendly staff and very quiet.

It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. My room was a little on the small side but had a balcony and was well furnished. The choice of breakfast was superb and can be taken on the terrace overlooking the village and spectacular scenery. The swimming pool had plenty of lounge chairs and shade if wanted and was clean and of a good size

Not having a restaurant on site was disappointing. There are several in easy walking distance but a little niche and expensive

The breakfast was outstanding. The warmth of the welcome great. The setting looking across Moureze is rewarding. The manager helpfully booked dinner for us in an nearby restaurant.

Very good hotel, very clean, very cozy, insanely comfortable bed!! Delicious food, very nice environment, very helpful and caring staff, I will definitely come back again!

Great facilities, room and views. Short walk into the village with superb restaurant. Large heated swimming pool was a bonus.

We had a room overlooking the mountains and it was very tranquile and the host was terrific as to his kind attention for our short visit. Great breakfast including omelettes by the host served on the spectacular terrace.We walked the Circe de Moureze the next morning and it is quite an experience, best for able walkers as quite tricky in places. Hotel has a lovely pool and it was great to chill in after a rather hot journey on our arrival.

We could not fault our visit.

A very special place in a stunning setting. You look out onto ruins and the pool of heated so that's a big bonus. The staff are lovely and even helped us book a restaurant.

Strange room located right next to reception. Air con could have been better. Expensive breakfast we thought so we didn't do breakfast.

The hotel it beautifully maintained, with very kind and attentive staff. You couldn’t get a better location for breakfast - a beautiful terrace with spectacular view - and the pool is perfect. Highly recommended.

The pool, nice view, the room and the breakfast was ok.

The hotel doesn't look like in the pictures. It is much more "worn" and the views are slightly different from reality. First it was a slight shock, but in overall it was ok.

Location is picturesque, overlooking the village of Moureze. Lovely pool for a dip, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room very comfortable.

I arrived after work hours of reception. Entered according to instructions but locating the room was a kind of try and error due to a wrong schematic drawing. Turning on the heating was unclear since it's a remote thermostat where the buttons are disabled

Hotel was very nice, pool was great and all staff were really friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We had the family room (2 joined bedrooms) which was great as each bedroom had its own toilet and then a shared shower room.

WiFi was down while we were there and we couldn’t get any signal as it is quite remote.

Unfortunately, the internet was not working for four days, which made communications with family in England problematic.We had to ask for replacement shower gel and soap as this was not automatically attended to - no problem getting replacements.

Everything. We arrived on motorbikes quite late and we met the owners of the hotel. They were all extremely helpful. They booked us a meal in the local restaurant and even helped one of my mates out with his bike with a top up of engine oil. The hotel itself is beautiful, I knew it would be good but not this good! Room is perfect and clean, the breakfast is extremely good, the location is impressive and the pool really hit the spot in the 30 degree temps! The best hotel of our trip without a doubt.
