    Pros +

    • I have rated this hotel as exceptional, this is based on the fact its cost effective, clean, quiet, perfectly located and exactly half way down on my annual drive from UK to Javea in Spain.
    • Clean
    • Very helpful lady on reception- doing it all and doing it with courteous and respectful attitude.Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Nice hot shower.

    Cons -

    • Possibly the use of the underground car park which would have been a bonus for my convertible as I prefer to keep this garaged at night.
    • Automated checking and unattended reception. Noisy room facing traffic
    • Self service machine at entrance - not a great welcome. Spits out a card and let yourself in. We genuinely thought it was shut as in darkness and the one staff member had stepped away to do other duties.Room was cold - have to go to reception to get heating level adjusted. No real facilities for food in the evening. Appreciate it’s out of season but given the slightly isolated location it only has a McDonald’s next door. When we booked it Google maps made it look like other places near by but they are all shut. We would not use as a stopover again.

We booked a 3 bed room which was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet except for road noise as our room was at the front , would request a room at the back of the building next time

There was no walk in shower , only a shower over the bath which was difficult for me to access. The bath towels were very small, and not really big enough for an adult. The lighting in the room was ok around the beds and in the bathroom but poor around the desk area.

Room was Great , hotel was clean and nice. Koffie, thee in the room. The bed was fantastic.

Check in took lot of time because Booking.com again failed to inform the hotel that the bill allready had been paid. For the airco you have to call the staff, butt nobody was there.

I would like to say that it's cheap and cheerful, but in reality long gone are the days of anything being cheap in France, it's just an expensive place to be. However it was on our rout and offered us a much needed opportunity get a bed for the night.

How, in France can a cheap bottle of wine cost 26€? France for goodness sake. So sad, everything is so expensive. The beds were tiny as was the room and the bar closed at 9pm, seriously?

    Good

The room was cold and I had to ask the staff to up the heating twice which they kindly did but you could not do it yourself. Other hotels did not have this restriction.

Useful as a 1 night stopover

Although just off a motorway junction and within an Aire, access to the hotel was extremely difficult to locate. Apparently we were not the first travellers to make this comment to reception

The reception were very efficient and welcoming, the waiter also was very accommodating. The hotel was well-situated for our onward journey the next morning. the breakfast was good.

we could not find the address on the GPS, so wasted time locating it. WE arrived just before 20h30, and were told the restaurant kitchen was closed. We tried to find other nearby food but this was impossible. reception asked the kitchen if we could eat nd they agreed but poor menu choice and the food was almost unpalatable, and cost us 45 euros. I had asked for a twin room facing away from the traffic noise (motorway), but were told at reception that there were no twin rooms facing away from the traffic.

    The breakfast very overpriced

    Location. Easy access from motorway

Signage for the hotel. Difficult to locate in the dark.

    9MichaelPosted on: 6-29-2024

Great location right next to the motorway, very clean and tidy. Late check in was good as we arrived after 10pm, all done on a machine and very simple.

More off an observation really, shower light wasn’t working

    10GaryPosted on: 1-9-2024

Very clean and perfect location for us on route back to the UK via car

The single beds were quite small. However, they served their purpose for a last minute stop over. Also didn’t find any English TV chans. So switched to Netflix via wifi . Not a big issue, just honest feedback

Great location near A75, easy to find, plenty of parking.

    10BillPosted on: 9-30-2023

    The location

    9FelicityPosted on: 9-21-2023

Convenient for a stopover, very comfortable beds and pillows.

Hairdrier didn’t work and we couldn’t change the temperature on the aircon.

Good bed, good shower, good breakfast

    6SarahPosted on: 8-18-2023

Breakfast was fine, restaurant never seemed to be open for dinner

    rooms were a little smelly..

    7FelipePosted on: 8-14-2023

The hotel is by the highway, next to a McDonald's and another restaurant. We were passing by and stayed only for the night, so this was very convenient to us. It has what you need to sleep comfortably.

The window in our room was not closing properly, so we could listen to the noise from the highway
