The quiet location, the comfortable bed and spacious room. Thoughtfully furnished, nice bathroom. Helpful friendly staff, lovely breakfast
The evening meal was not to our taste
Meal was excellent. Good value for money.Convenient for A75. Quiet location
curtains stained, evidence of previous leak. toilet in strange location in relation to handbasin. Cool room towel rail only heated up slightly, Bedside cabinet/shelp would be good. No kettle or tea and coffee making facilities
Quiet and very relaxing. Staff helpful and friendly.
Some comfortable outside seating for pool.
Excellent quality of service and location, friendly atmosphere, no pushing of extra services, clean, quiet and comfy.Exactly what it said on the Tin. I can only recommend this hotel to all who want excellent services.
Just a beginner's mistake we made, I forgot to hang the do not disturb sign or it fell off, Someone opened the bedroom door after 10 am, noticing the room was still occupied, the person immediately apologised and closed the door. So nothing really important, it is just written here to fill in the blank box.
Pool was lovely but a bit smallMy room exceeded all my expectations. Just one tiny little quibbleEverything was excellent but there was no bedside tableI had a huge balcony overlooking the river valley. Who could ask for anything more? The staff were all very helpful and friendly
The location is idyllic . Beautiful and tranquil. Staff are charming and very considerate. We had one stop with two dogs travelling to Spain.Next time we will stay longer .
There is nothing to dislike.
Somewhat spartan room, spookily lit pool, reasonable dinner and very good service at dinner
Location rather isolated (in dreadful weather)
Lovely place to stay, big, quiet, comfortable rooms. Good restaurant and breakfast.
Location was good, room quiet as requested, staff pleasant & attentive. Restaurant was inexpensive & good quality, breakfast was plentiful & plenty of choices.Pet friendly a big bonus.
Nothing to note
piscine, gentillesse, tranquilite et nature
The location was a little further from motorway than expected, but was a very nice spot away from everything
We knew we were in France, but in the add there was no mention that no one spoke English at the hotel, hard to order a meal when you dont know what it is. Ordered a soup starter, didn't know it would be cold with abit of cheese and ham chucked in it, easy option for main was the steak which was nice. The room was red hot, no aircon.Neither was there a fan, no curtains on the windows no iron, no tea or coffee making facilities , not even a jug of water. Location was only good thing, I would not advise unless you speak french , 3 weeks earlier we stayed at a chateau in De jon ,beautiful building in a beautiful place, food was excellent staff were lovely and it was cheaper
The restaurant meal in evening was fantastic, we opted for the 25 euro rather than 17, was lovely
The outside appearance was quite severe looking, looked more like a youth hostel, but once inside was very modern, cleanand enjoyable stay. Realised the front was modernised!
Great little hotel in a fab location, middle of nowhere (middle of nowhere to a townie!) Very quiet, slept well. Dog friendly
friendly, dogs welcome, room comfortable. evening meal was really nice
