The Originals Access, Hôtel Saint-Flour

Jerome was extremely courteous, efficient, professional and welcoming. Despite a slight language barrier he made sure we knew everything we needed to in a very friendly manner.

We were a little disappointed with the pillows which were rather smaller than we are used to and only one each. For one night we didn't wish to make a fuss.

Cozy room with small bathroom, comfortable beds. Everything was clean and practical. A very nice receptionist/manager, funny and helpful! We stopped on our way from Spain back to Belgium as we did not want to do the trip in one go and we were really able to disconnect and rest. The village of Saint-Flour is really nice to visit :).

Property and room were very clean and neat. Jerome, who welcomed us was outstanding and funny!! Great customer service, remembered my name every time and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast the next day at 5 Euros is great. Nice hot water and comfortable bed. Good value for money. For all the other comments about it being a small room I think is unfair as you see the room size when booking it. The town of St Flour is just so pretty and quaint. Hotel just out of town but next to a good Carrfour and McDonalds across the road. Excellent place to stay in for a few nights.

The room was more basic that I thought when booking. Bed was very hard and shower was cramped.I think this place is great for staff from other businesses passing by but that would be it I think

The room itself but particularly the bathroom and shower were TINY.Served a purpose as a one night stopover but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Jarome was the best bit, he was so helpful and recommended places to go locally. He helped with the ways to get into the main city, local ‘must see’ places to go and the local Floris bus if we needed it. The hotel was on the edge of the commercial unit but it was a lovely place to stay. The room was basic but air con was a bonus so slept well. We could walk to the centre which made a nice change from driving. We love St.Flour, saw free opera in the cathedral which was amazing. Definitely love to come back. Everyone was so helpful, great city and great food. Loved this place.

There is nothing not to like here, we loved the history of the place, the people, the food and local wine. The people we met were kind and helpful, I cannot recommend this as a destination that you need to see.

We booked this for an overnight stay on our way back to the UK.The hotel was fine and basic but we expected that. The guy that checked us in spoke no English and we spoke no French but he really tried to communicate with us which was much appreciated.The room was basic but clean and we had a preprepared continental breakfast in the morning which was lovely and less than €4.90 each. It was a great place to stop.

Nothing to much to say…barely clean place to sleep and that is all.

The instructions for getting keys were confuse and impossible for non-English speakers (not my case) they should have better instructions in Spanish since most of the flow that use their place just to sleep are going/coming from Spain.

Staff were very friendly, good place for quick overnight stay while travelling. Carrefour walking distance McDonald across the road. A charming little village

It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Room and ensuite were on the small side. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
