Hôtel INDARRA & SPA - Piscine

All the staff were super friendly and kind. We arrived very stressed due to heavy traffic, heavy rain, and getting lost by car. The hotel is very new and pretty. Lots of cosy communal spaces with soft furnishing and decor. Beautiful mountain views from the rooms.

The bathtub is a disaster. A small square cold space, which you cannot lie down in. No ledge to put toiletries, no rest for your back and no handles to help get in and out. Design concept, not functional. No view or window in the bathroom, just a plain grey wall, in a brand new modern design hotel with mountain views. We wonder what the architect was thinking.

The general surroundings of the hotel were beautiful and the common areas very agreeable and clean.

The room was terrible! It is quite expensive for the value since it is nowhere and quite small. We faced the parking so that there is considerable noise from the street. You had to actually step into the shower in order to close or open the door to the bathroom. Other things were very poorly arranged. The stairs leading up to our room were very dangerous in the manner in which they were created. Details in the room are missing like a telephone with the explanation that everyone has a phone - I have never experienced that in a hotel with this kind of pricing. Very few television choices. Also the hotel boasts of a saune and steam both of which were NOT operable during our stay.

Everything, the location in Arbonne between the coast and the countryside, the basque style house, the pool, the attic room, the design of the common areas. A quiet and elegant place.

Amazing place and lovely staff, fabulous swimming pool and beautiful apartment. We loved our stay there!

Nothing major but l think the flat needs more cooking dishes in the kitchen, and positioning of the dishwasher is unpractical. Also there should be a TV in the living room, not just in the bedroom.

Absolutely incredible place with very warm service, brand new facilities and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was with local products, very delicious and the chef brought us warm ideal crepes just from the pan. We felt like at home, but better

Greta place when travelling through. Very friendly host. Beautiful garden with super swimming pool. All was very well kept and really clean.

Design of the rooms/furniture is not very exciting, more functional.

We loved our stay at Indarra, great place, staff and atmosphere made for a lovely stay

Nothing that we didn’t like. Only small note is that the entrance to the main car park from the road has an awkward slope on it (potentially grating the bottom of the car).

Everything! What a treasure! The staff was exceptional as was the facility and the surroundings. I would recommend the Indarra to anyone wishing to enjoy the beauty of the Basque region and coastline or simply take a break and relax.
