- Beautiful surroundings. Lovely dining room. EV charging available.
- Very good
- Beautiful building, friendly staff, lots of parking, lovely setting which was very quiet. We would stay again, but would not eat at the hotel.
Cons -
- The evening meal was rather disappointing. Seemed unprepared for dinner guests.
- We were confused by the menu for the evening meal. We were told orally (in French) and thought we were given a choice of pork or salmon and chose salmon. However, beef was on the plate
- Bathroom quite dated, didn't enjoy the food at all - we didn't eat it and were still charged, ants in room (strange time of year), couldn't let reception know as it was only open 16:00 to 20:00.

location, beautiful building.
reception desk only open at limited times. breakfast could be improved.
Lovely chateau and pool.
Tiny room and bed. Disgusting food.
Lovely setting, easy to park.
Everything was lovely but we didn't have any milk for tea or coffee in our rooms and there was none available when we asked.
Historic property and lovely grounds
Was close to commercial area
Gorgeous old chateau, with nice grounds. Lovely back terrace. Good service. Charming rooms.
The hotel is surrounded by an industrial area, and our gps had a bit of a time finding it. The white fence around pool should be replaced with a nicer one hidden by hedging. Otherwise the garden would have been a delight. Main reception and dining areasneeded to be decorated properly in a style commensurate with the property. Also, an upgrade to the common areas, halls, handicap rails [paint them or replace], carpeting and decor would be helpful.
All pretty good. Bedroom very nice as was bathroom. BUT the the double bed was rather small.Lovely property, in many ways superb.
Bed
Very impressive property on arrival, looks like a luxury chateau accomodation from the outside
We arrived on an Easter Monday so the hotel was locked up and nobody was on reception. I wasn't informed that the reception would be empty even though I stated my late arrival time. I needed to call to speak to someone and Gain access via a code for the door. My room key was left for me. It wasn't the great welcome or concierge service you would expect but maybe understandable for the day. Rooms were very basic, bed was a small double a bit too small for our taste. Bathroom needs some updates. We were housed in the basement area.

The place is very nice. The food was very good, nice and clean pool . Quiet place.
The restaurant In July was closed Saturday and Sunday . It was a little bit strange beacause it was the vacation period and they had guests.
Dinner in the restaurant at the hotel was exceptional. Although at the same site, the restaurant and hotel are not part of the same company. The hotel building is beautiful and the gardens charming. Despite the laminated signs and non- existent hospitality from the hotel we enjoyed our stay.
I have never stayed in a hotel where I was made to feel like a child at school with all the rules and laminated signs. It starts with a gibberish (in English at least) email which arrives before you get there telling you can only use the pool after you have checked in at 4pm - never been to a hotel before which does not allow you to use the pool before you check in. My husband (who was cycling the 2 canal routes) arrived before 4pm - he was not expecting to check in but his "greeting" was not hello or bonjour but just to be told you can't come into the building; the member of staff actually locked the front door to make her meaning clear. He sat in the garden. There was nowhere even to get a drink of water. It is not really a hotel in terms of facilities - more like a bed and breakfast which shuts in the day. We only stayed one night but there is a message in the bedroom which said if you stayed more than one night and you wanted to have your room cleaned you had to pay Euro 5 extra and put all your belongings on the bed - really ???? Have they never heard of hospitality ? There was another laminated sign in the breakfast room which said rudeness to our staff will not be tolerated and despite being a chateau they were just a 2 star establishment and do not have chateau facilities. Most 2 star hotels have somewhere you can get a drink of water if you arrive early. We had also been staying in campsites and by and large the warmth of the welcome was certainly more than we received at this "hotel".
Pretty exterior
Limited pool times, limited reception times, badly set up breakfast room, soulless interior.
restaurant very goodstrange request for 5 euros if you wanted your room cleaned after more than one day stay -didnt stay ore than one day but would have queried that had stayed on
Swimming pool
Getting woken up on a Saturday morning at 6.30 by the gardener
Very nice breakfast, the bed was a bit small for us but other than this it was very nice. The room was huge, and everyone was super nice and welcoming. Very nicely located, you feel a bit like time has stopped for the moment of your trip. I would definitely go back there !
A château with unchateau prices! Classic long tree lined drive was fun to bike down, great château exterior. Some rooms in main buildingmight be original; ours was in the new wing. Good continental breakfast set out as a buffet.
First room allocated did not smell fresh and looked over a service yard. On request better room allocated. I’m not sure why we weren’t given a decent room to start with, as few people staying.
Great setting and amazing building
We were not told when booking that there would be no restaurant or bar facilities Also the beds were quite small
Spacious rooms, staff were lovely
Breakfast was very very limited and not worth the extra 10 euro
