The patisserie across the road and close to aldi.

The air con was weak and when we turned it on it smelt very badly of cigarette smoke, also no smoke detectors in the rooms so adjoining rooms were smoking and the smell was awful.The bedding seemed unwashed but just our opinion, would not stay with these again.

Very friendly staff, everything you need with no frills, Staff very willing to help and make stay welcoming. Parking on site. Clean breakfast.

Really great for a one night stay to break up our journey. Really comfortable bed, clean and really easy to use check in machine as the reception was not open. Boulangerie, Aldi very close by (walking distance).

Nothing - great value for money

Price, Facilities I expected for the price, Good Customer Service, Good Breakfast.I was cycling from the Pyrenees back to the UK. I needed somewhere I could eat , rest and have my cycle in a safe place. The Kyriad Direct Agen ticked all the boxes.I arrived at 16h30 (waited for them to open), showered, eat the meal I had brought with me and was asleep by 22h. Good hotel provided breakfast in the morning and off to Dieppe via Poitiers.

Location is not a problem for me, but really it was on a busy road next to an industrial estate.As a cyclist cycling 150 - 190 kilometres per day I would like a little flexibility about arrival times. This hotel like many in this budget range only staff breakfast and early evening arrival which puts pressure on people like me that do not really know how things will go during the day.

I love coming to this hotel on the way south because you can have a dip in the little pool after a hard day's drive. I explored Agen this time as well and that was great. The staff here are so welcoming you feel like you're family!

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of carpets and just a feeling of neglect. My room had had smokers and the encrusted smoke smells in all the fabrics gave me asthma and affected sleeping, so not good. They tell people not to smoke but they all do. Needs sensitive smoke alarms to police this.

Gentleman at reception provide exceptional service, very helpful and friendly.

If I really must be picky and give feedback then I would say the mattress was a bit on the sagged side - bowed in centre.

The electric plug beside the bed is in a dangerous condition. Earth pin is missing and burnt.

The Hotel is great value and has a pool. It is not that fR from the motorway. And was an excellent location for an overnight stop.

It has breakfast. But not dinner and on a Sunday no restaurant facilities. In Agen restaurants and cafes were closed in the evening on the first Sunday in September so no facilities for get something to eat. The only eating option was a Boulangerie adjacent the roundabout which was open for pizza slices, bread and cakes.

Nice vibes about this hotel. Its well placed and easy access, clean, coffee machine. Lots of restaurants and great supermarkets nearby

It has gone downhill since I came in September . Largely unstaffed now, I had to use the machine to get in which creeps me out as a woman alone. The automatically assigned room was on the ground floor which is unsafe. It was less clean than before. The man in the summer was cheerful, friendly and helpful and I miss him and his hard working staff.

Quick and efficient. Directly across the street from shopping and patisserie. Easy access to highway and city centre.

Great welcome, perfect mix of friendliness and respect. Clean and comfortable. Power shower. Strong WiFi, swimming pool was great.

A little shabby, tho very clean, cleaned with care, kudos to the cleaning staff.
