It was quite cold in the roomStaff started cleaning in the neighboring rooms at 8:30 am on Sunday

Hotel was unexpectedly of a higher standard than I had expected. Room was large. Bathroom was large.

The location on the outskirts of a retail park was not great. But easy to get to.

Nice place with comfortable beds, big bathroom and very clean. The interior is a bit old. Staff very friendly. It is very quiet!

Unfortunately there is no kettle in the room however we asked at the reception and got one for the night.

Clean room and complimentary food poop bag and door hangers to let staff know if the dog is in the room. Absolutely fantastic idea.

No air conditioner, No room service available (I believe due to the grill day)

Clean and spacious room, large and well-designed shower, friendly staff, quiet area, plenty of parking spaces.

Did you notice they don’t offer the option to purchase breakfast when booking? That’s probably because it’s badly overpriced - if you knew the price beforehand, you’d likely choose a different place.In the room: no kettle, no tea or coffee, no minibar, no fridge. I know it was a budget stay, but is this really a 4-star hotel?

It was quiet and ideally situated.

No restaurant or bar open that evening but we understand that the staff needed a break before the festivities.

Easy check in at late hours, room was clean and prepared for all my family/

that there was a coffee pot in the room.

The water from the shower came out really hard and felt like needles hitting my skin.the pillows were too soft.

The room size and View, location of the hotel

No Air Conditioning, Humidity was high, towels not changed, no one put clean cups, pugs in the room. Closed kitchen 9pm without giving alret for last order!

Clean and staff was friendly. Location is ok, not in the main area, but close to a lot of stores / restaurants. Plenty of (free) parking.

They have what looks like a very nice pool/sauna area - but it has very stupid hours, so we couldn't visit. Room had a bad smell when we arrived; we opened the windows and it cleared out.

We liked the room very much: it was spacious and comfy. We liked the hotel location: easy to find, not far away from the A4 highway.

Breakfast was OK, but the staff not very welcoming. Nobody asked whether I would like coffee, I had to go and ask for it specifically, which I find strange. It's a pity the room did not have a fridge and a kettle to boil water for tea.

wifi was not working properly at times, breakfast didn‘t have vegan options decoration a bit outdated.

for a 4 night's stay offering a cabinet bed is more than disappointing. as more as the bed was of poor quality. breakfast + eur 15,-. they have a pool and spa per day of use + eur 8-, for one towell + eur 10,- to get a key to store your clothes + eur 1,-. I understand the costs increase, but the expense bills do not. better not to offer what can't provided fairly.

The suite was a very nice size. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. The wellness centre and sauna were very nice (although I believe they’re closing from October 4th owing to energy costs). Everything was clean and the Wi-Fi was OK. Although the hotel is in an industrial estate, our room looked out onto fields, which was nice.

Breakfast was mediocre - especially for 15 euros. And the restaurant was closed on Sunday so we had the go out for dinner.
