Ringhotel Dreiländereck Zittau

I was late and notified the hotel, not to show no show on my status they complied fast and left my key in special compartment with instructions. Also, receptionist Tatiana was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great location in Zittau, close to all centralAttractions in the city center and also short walking distance to the train station. Bus stations are a few minutes away.Breakfast was very good.

Room was good but for the price paid we expected a bit more (at least kettle and tea/coffee).

-price to high for the small town-local tax should be included in the quated price and not charge separately-official check out time should be 12:00 as this is hotel and not a private accomodation

Complicated check inn. A smile by the Staff would be appreciated. Very formal.

The car park is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, across the street. Well situated in the centre of the city.The room was quiet and comfortable.

- Very good location in the middle of town- No parking available in the street but they have an agreement with a parking lot just a few minutes away- Rooms were big and spacious, bathroom was also big.- Everything was spotless clean

- Not too many options for breakfast, although what was there was of a good quality.

Excellent hotel well located for city centre and station. Staff, food and room were all good.

The location of the hotel just opens up all the possibilities to visit many great places in the city centre. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff !!Car park building well connected and access to hotel well indicated.

The fridge was taken away. Not to say it’s needed as the bar offered a great selection of drinks and snacks but the empty cupboard does not appeal.

There was a Ukrainian lady at the reception of the hotel who was in excellent behavior. I arrived at the hotel late, but because of me, they waited an hour for me to arrive.

Spacious room, friendly personnel, nice breakfast, well located.

Hotel has no permanent presence, they explained me how to check in because of late arrival. In the end I arrived at 2am and had to use an emergency number. Immediate response by hotel owner and problem solved within minutes,

The hotel location was close to the train station and univeristy, very central.The hotel looks really nice, the staff was great and nice! Kudos to Frau Faber :)I could check in online which made my come in easier after a 9 hour ride.The bed and pillows (for the first time in Germany) were super comfortable!There was free water and tvThe bathroom was fully equippedThe breakfast was great!

I would have liked a buro and chair to be able to work better since the room had a couch and table instead.There was a carpet and I would prefer if there were slippers to prevent allergies.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, and you can hear TV and coughing from the people around you.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was good.

I was very disappointed about the state of the curtains in our room. It was half hanging off the curtain rail, it had some curtain hocks missing. And a lot of light shone through during the night because of the gaps. I did mention this to the reception staff who said would get someone to sort this out. But unfortunately nothing was done and there was no explanation why. Also instead of a pair of curtains there was only one curtain of a pair not a pair. The mattress was very soft, some might like it that way.

The breakfast was excellent.The dining room was very nice and the staff were exceptionlly helpful.

Good location in the town centre, but quiet. Friendly staff.
