- Comfortable and well-equipped cabin. Value for money, lovely swimming pool. Super-friendly staff. I left my iPad and Sabine made an exceptional effort to inform me for recovery. I’m extremely thankful.
- Nice, comfortable and clean cabin close to a little village with all the basic necessities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. One evening a winegrower came to the location selling his wines, which were very good!
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike. Excellent value for money.

- There were no cleaning supplies available to do the required cleaning at the end of the stay, a vacuum cleaner and all-purpose cleaner would be nice. Also dishwasher tablets :).

We had an issue with our chalet due to a hornet nest but it was dealt very professionally. They removed the nest but also offered a new house which we accepted. Very helpful and kind. We loved the swimming pool and the dining area in the chalet.
Unreliable
When we arrived they asked if we wanted to use the final cleaning worth 55 euros. We thought that was a lot of money and then politely indicated that we did not want that. They also had a form with them that we did not understand at all. They did understand that we would clean it ourselves. When we arrived in the Netherlands, they had very rudely deducted 55 euros from my credit card. With the explanation 'final cleaning'.At the end of the day, staff came to the chalet with a checklist to check whether everything was tidy. Everything agreed, only we had to bring the bag with sheets to the reception. We did that nicely. We had neatly handed over the keys to staff who did the check.Review:Internet:-Some websites state that there is a WIFI available. NB! These are not in the chalets. This is only for public areas. Public space (sort of bar) is almost always closed. You have to stand against the wall to use the WIFI. If there are 1 or 2 people on it, the rest has virtually no connection (max 6mbit).Chalets:-Do a check in advance and indicate it, they like (unfortunately) to charge something afterwards. They collect from your credit card. Even if you didn't cause any damage.-All plates and glasses were dirty. The glasses were all with limescale. In the wardrobe I found someone's old socks.-Smart TV is very small, 25 centimeters diagonally.-No air conditioning in chalets. When it's hot, it's impossible. Do you open the windows? Then flies come in like mosquitoes / waspoen. The area around the chalet is in fact a lot of forest area.-Pool is dirty. The water is white instead of transparent. It also contains dead flies. The pool is not cleaned.Furthermore, the staff quite hurt me. See the pictures. They say enough ;). I have added my booking and photos with date and time, so you can see that the photos were taken on my last day. Arguing with them is pointless.
Nice concept and the cabins are decently spaced for privacy. Clean. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own sheets or you’ll have to rent a set. Same with towels. Not a big deal, but not exactly optimal for a one-night stay like ours.
Bed small and not that comfortable. There are no cleaners provided. It seems they could include some basics like dish shop, counter cleaners, etc. Again, if you’re staying for a week and arriving by car maybe this is not an issue. But for walkers on the GR like us, it made things more difficult than they should be.
Michel the manager was excellent, always helpful and friendly. Units are small but complete.
The main problem for us as foreign visitors with no EU cell phone contract was that wifi was only available within 5 metres of reception. Signal extenders would be great.
