A man known to the staff showed at my door at midnight, tried to access the door, then urinated at the door, smoked for over 30 minutes and threw the cigarette butts at the door. When I told the staff, they raised their voices, and told me that I should have gone to a more expensive hotel. I had the creepy feeling that the man had been sent to my door at midnight because I was alone in the room.

Close to A20. Comfortable room.

Good value for money, close to the highway. Automatic check-in was a plus. It misses the contactless option for card payment. You can directly input the reservation number from Booking.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets could be improved. The bathroom is a bit small, although it is okay for one night.

Great position for overnight stop when travelling. Receptionist very obliging gave us a room on the ground floor and extra pillows were no problem.

I booked breakfast and paid you for room and breakfast. When using the automated booking system it asks you if you require breakfast and you are charged again before you can obtain a pass key. Yours and their booking systems are not compatible in terms of breakfast booking. I cannot be the only guest who has duplicated payment

Two Cockroaches in the room. Hiding in the radiator. One of the light switched did not work. Toilet flash button broken. The mattress had a dip on the right hand side. The previous experience with the hotel chain was perfect.

Great location to stop off for a night on my way from Toulouse to Calais. Close to various eating options and a Lidl. Also really close to Decathlon store.

Being a lone female I felt a bit vulnerable with the door to the room being straight in from outside, but there were actually no issues and the car park was very secure.

It was impossible to sleep good after long trip. Very strong audibility from other rooms and especially it is really loud if your room at the cafe side. I tried to sleep at least 6 hours after 10 hours trip and before 12 hours trip. But it was the most terrible sleep in my life.

Location and car park. Gates to car park locked at night.

The bathroom was not fit for purpose. Water did not drain away from sink or shower. The pod design did not work.I did not see staff only from a distance. Room a good size One electric plug for bedroom and bathroom. Get real
