Friendly welcome, great location

Bit mean you couldn’t get more than 1 cup of coffee unless you had £15 breakfast!

The location was fantastic with great views from our room. Plenty to do here and a lovely breakfast which was reasonably priced. Very welcoming and lovely time.

Great location on seafront.

I knew the room was at the rear of the property which was ok, but it was very small with a double bed squeezed into what should Bea single room.

The suite was very nice and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, great shower and comfortable bed! The staff was lovely and helpful. Everything of interest is within a very short walking distance.

The hotel is on a busy road with lots of car traffic and noise from the bars and restaurants. Extremely difficult to find a parking space on the (free) public parking lots in the high season.

Walking up the stairs to 3rd floor. But good exercise

Great location - very near beach and all the pubs, restaurants etc.. Very clean and new. Great shower. Comfy bed. Kettle etc. provided. Nice staff. Public parking round the side.

Unloading lorry at 04.15 right outside window - very noisy, then more vehicle noise later. Had we kept the well double glazed window shut it wouldn’t have been a problem but air con preset to 23. It was 29 outside so needed the air. 21 would have been nice.

Unfortunately the road separates the hotel from the beach but it is really okNot so many cars during the night and the windows are really efficient against the noise

We loved having a room with a sea view-- gorgeous. And the breakfast was quite good with a lot of options. The location was brilliant in the centre and so close to good food.

Shower and bathroom are quite small.

Nicely modernised, very clean, great position and location.

A lift would be a must for some

Lovely hotel in center of town, close to restaurants and supermarket. Very friendly receptionist who really helped in a patient manner when the room did not match the photos on booking.com.

The room was horrendously small, like beyond uncomfortable even for one night's stay. I think we received the smallest possible room, a corner one. We barely had enough space to put our clothes on. The luggage took up all the moving space and the bed sucked, it felt used up. The room was so small that it was impossible to be comfortable with the air conditioning as it felt freezing and could not be adjusted in any way. Horrible location as well. Never again.

Location and most of the facilities were fine. Nice and clean room, pleasant bed linken, but small room.In addition great view to the sea.

We were really disappointed, that the hotel charged more than 20 per cent via booking, compared to booking directly in the evening on the hotel counter We think this is not a good attitude, The Hotel is free to do this, but guests will feel to be cheated.We booked very early this year in expectation to get a good price. But we payed a lot more than, what have payed, when we booked directly. Soirry to say this, but the difference was that much that like to highlight itIn addtition we were annoyed, that some of the waiter on breakfast only served us reluctantly.

What a little gem this hotel is, excellent location...very modern room with an excellent shower...shame we only stayed one night.
