Everything. Nice location in between small hills near the river in a little village. The hotel was cozy and clean, friendly staff, good choice for breakfast, dinner and drinks. Spa and wellness center was also good.
Old doors to the rooms and bathroom, was not closing properly. Needs to change.
Everything available in one place, restaurant, wellness, very comfortable room and especially very welcoming staff.
Ok
The hotel is very dated, it could do with a lick of paint in most areas, the staff are lovely and helpful and the food was good. The hotel is a little further than 2500ft from the centre of town and can't really be reached on foot. The swimming pool is cold ❄️?
Nice mountain hotel, good restaurant onsite. Enough parking spaces.
The pool in the basement is very nice and big.
The receptionist was very unfriendly and not accommodating at all. One of the two rooms we booked smelled of smoke although we booked non smoking and were travelling with kids. In the other room one of the windows wasn’t opening. The breakfast was very basic. The Hotel is located in a small village a good bit away from the town Osterode.
