Pros +
- Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great with good bedding. Restaurant also very good.
- Lovely staff , nice restaurant on site smelled and looked lovely . There is also parking on site since we were traveling by car . Loved that my son had a separate room from us . We stayed ar the top floor, in August , it was warm outside but leaving the windows/ skylights open kept it nice and breezy . Nice and clean .
- Great weekend trip to relax in Normandy and drive distance from some beautiful sites. Great restaurant at the hotel with a wonderful menu. Delightful experience staying at this location.
Cons -
- The whole experience was spoilt by one staff member, she was rude and unhelpful.
- It’s not so much that I didn’t like(I just found it strange as a Brit)that there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room and maybe in the future it will change as ai would definitely visit again.
- Would have liked a few English channels on the TV

It was a fairly good breakfast

Very clean. Polite smiley staff. Lovely food.
Julie at reception was so nice and friendly recommended my aperitif and helped me with the menu which was excellent
We had 3 rooms as there were 7 of us for 4 nights, the rooms were clean, cleaned daily as well, and comfortable, the garden itself also beautiful. The staff that I met(Sylvie,Fern and Julie)were lovely, they all spoke english(with Fern and Julie telling me they’re from the Uk as well)very kind and always with the smile on their face and nothing was to much trouble for them.We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were in St Hilaire to visit more family and went out all day until near midnight.

The breakfast was delicious so fresh.the Scottish lady was so welcoming and friendly and the shower was excellent
Would have liked a few English channels on the TV
Comfortable bed and clean room. Attractive decor.
For a 3* hotel, I expected there to be shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, not just body wash/shampoo. I hoped there might be tea making facilities in the room but there weren’t. It’s expensive to pay €4 for a cup of tea when the room was not cheap either. In the UK we are used to this. Maybe it’s a French thing not to provide it. No glasses except paper cups (in a plastic bag) plus plastic bottles of water which is not ecological.
Good location just on the edge of town. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. Bathroom was spotless The restaurant food is excellent and very good value for money
The carpark and outside space needs a tidy up. It gives a bad impression to a very good hotel
Friendly staff. Very clean Walk in showerLovely dining room
Great location, easy to walk into the town. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Very good restaurant
First impressions from the outside of the building are not great. But inside the rooms are bright and well-decorated.The evening dinner was very good. Small menu but well-presented and tasty food.Staff were helpful and polite.
The room was quiet but close to the kitchen ventilation so there were cooking smells.
Excellent small hotel where we have stayed before and we returned for the splendid restaurant which did not disappoint. We arrived a little early for check in but were greeted warmly.
Nothing to dislike at those prices
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Julie. They let me check in early and upgraded my room. The garage at the back was perfect for securing my bike. This has been the best accommodation I've stayed at on my 1 week bike trip. The breakfast is well worth having with a great selection. I would highly recommend staying here. In fact I wish I had stayed two nights here and cycled to Mont Saint Michel for the day as it is only 2 hours away by bike.
Very clean. Toilet separated from bath area.
No elevator.
Very friendly helpful and efficient ! We definitely recommend. Very nice restaurant, good food and menu prepared with care. They offered to prepare something different for the kids even though we arrived quite late.
One of the two rooms was a bit noisy with the windows opened (minor). Prefer a room towards the parking if possible.
traditionell french hotel: small but rather modern rooms, private parking, excellent breakfast, good wifi, nice small town
Traffic noise
Cosy and clean family hotel, very friendly service, convenient parking, very good restaurant as other comments mentioned, a pleasant stay. Good value for money.
Dinner was excellent. Rooms clean and well equipped.
