So you have to decide you either can't sleep because of the heat or because of the noises even at night because of the window location to the street. Maybe the hotel keeper could integrate some fans for some kind of cooling.

I loved the 'old' look of the hotel, maybe even a little bit of a twin peaks vibe, I might say. The room was spacey and big, huge windows and a good atmosphere overall.
I asked the hotel administrator for a glass of tap water from the bar that they have - he charged me money for it... Not the best way to greet a customer, sorry.
Good facilities for bicycles. Good food in restaurant and breakfast also. Good sized room. The hotel is next to the station and not in the centre and quite noisy. Also room was very warm and only cooling via open windows. Traffic made it a poor night's sleep. Staff were nice and room was clean.
