Please note that the final cleaning fee is EUR 85 for a 4 guests and EUR 99 for a 6 guests accommodation. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental package. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for: - bed linen is EUR 12 per person - EUR 9.00 per person for a large and a regular towel as well as a bath mat. Please note that the city tax is payable upon arrival. Pets accepted with a supplement of 49€/animal/stay and a deposit of 250€/accommodation to be paid on site. Reception possible within the limit of ’1 animal per accommodation. Pets not allowed in the dining room, must be kept on a leash and remain the responsibility of their master/mistress. For safety reasons, 1st and 2nd category dogs cannot be accommodated.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
