- Very basic amenities, no welcome desk, no soap in the room, coffee facilities but no coffee !! The lady was very kind but when we told her we would arrive at 7pm her answer was “no later because then I have to go”…. This is not a hotel but an Airbnb type accommodation, without the service

The room is comfortable, good mattress, small high table with 2 chairs, microwave oven, small bathroom. Clean and in good shape.

Old styled characterful cafe/estaminet that gets rammed for delicious lunches with workers, 1200-1430.Very good value for money, very tasty meals, I had brochette of beef with fries and a Rochefort gravy on the meat, buffet starter, €13.50.Room was great, very good size with table and microwave. Location is ok if you like exploring the local area with churches and gardens and a Carrefour Contact nearby.The hosts were great, I'd love to go back here, it seems the local community is very supportive.
It's a bit noisy with trucks going past but not a lot you can do about that. The hallway with rooms off means you can hear people accessing thier rooms, but again, it's a hotel so...

Not the owners fault but the room was very hot, had the fan on, but our room was right by the main road, so noisy with window open, but its not the owners fault, the building was built that way
Booked last minute during a storm. The owner came out to greet us as we parked our motorcycles outside and showed us to a secure garage just up the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was simple but very nice. The owners were super friendly and he is a biker.

Well situated, perfectly clean & comfortable, very good breakfast -generous quantities, plus safe bike storage. Very thoughtful, helpful & kind hosts - even though we arrived later than expected. Excellent location if you’re on the Vélo Francette.
A kettle with tea & coffee would be a great addition in the room if possible! That’s not a complaint - just a small suggestion.
