ibis Nantes Treillières

Nice hotel clean comfortable very good breakfast. Helpful morning staff

Misleading description. The bar is open at the whim of the staff. Gentleman served drinks told us bar open until midnight. Young lady came on duty at 3 p.m. closed bar and refused to serve. No restaurant although advertised. Told closed weekends at weekend and closed in the week on a visit in the week. Hotel on an industrial estate so no alternatives. After many hours driving not acceptable to be expected to drive to restaurant when restaurant has been advertised at hotel.

Staff very friendly

Noisy room next to the compressor house and builders 3 meters from bedroom window with tractopelle. No sleep

This is probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in - & we travel extensively. The staff were helpful & the location very convenient for an overnight stay. The hotel was quiet- no noise from the corridor or other guests.

nice comfy bed good clean bathroom facilities

confusing information of the address

The bed was comfortable

There was no drinking water in the room, was not told that the restaurant was shut and never anyone around to serve drinks. I would be better off with a self-service machine.

Location, parking on site, restaurant and bar on site and the staff were very attentive and welcoming.

If you were to visit the town it’s probably too far to walk however we were only passing through

Price was reasonable and hotel was easy to find with parking.

Located close to motorway, 24 hour check-in, good price.

Location off the main road as a stop over. Some really interesting decor

Sticky floor which also had crumbs on it.

Great location, really good hotel, room was nice and staff were good.

Difficult to plug in phones or electrical devices. Lights were slightly difficult to operate.

Good hotel with basic amenities. It's newly renovated so it looks good, the breakfasts was good.

No charging ports next to the bedThe room smelled like paint

Excellent location, clean room and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful

There was refurbishment going on and there were no breakfast facilities. We had to order the night before and it was brought to our rooms. There was no opportunity to have additional hot drinks and bread etc.

Location was perfect and check in/out was pain free. Helpful and pleasant staff.

No restaurant - it is under construction. They are doing their best to provide a food service but obviously an on site restaurant that is fully functional is preferable especially as there are no alternatives nearby (the hotel is on an industrial estate)

Bad

We booked 2 rooms stating that we would not arrive until about 23.00. For over an hour we tried to find the hotel via our app, which continually told us that we were within metres of the hotel. We telephoned the hotel to ask for help and got no advice, although one of the men on reception could speak a bit of english. It was a very dark night, and the area is built up but without lights. We could not find the hotel although we were obviously very close to it, so we drove on and never registered. I fear we wont be staying with Ibis again!

Bed was clean

Oh dear. Carpets in bedroom were filthy. Very very tired. Realise there were renovations but on the whole hotel should have been closed. Breakfast was forgotten and had to go to reception to remind them tea was delivered cold

really disappointing, refund being sought

the hotel was not as described/not accurately represented in the pictures. It said it had a pool (main reason for booking) and showed pics of the pool but there was not a pool there!!

good location close to main route, secure parking & good restaurant close by

currently under renovation, but staff coped well

Good location for our visit..to compete in uci bmx world championship in Nantes.

Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, so got very steamy after showers.

it was convenient for us as we were travelling on the Cherbourg the next morning . the staff were excellent pleasant and helpful .

Well to begin with the address we had from Booking .com was not the address of the hotel and we drive around for half an hour with our GPS and Google maps trying to find a hotel at the address on our booking and could not find it , we were really annoyed . Twas only when we send the hotel and we were given the proper address that we hit there .

Breakfast was inedible - coffee was ok

It was like staying on a building site, no heating and the room stank of cigarettes. Bathroom was clean and nice. Elec sockets didn’t work. Very
