Small rooms but all you need for a one night stay on a ling journey. The lady at reception was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The room had a double bed with a bunk above which I continuously hit my head on each time I got in and out of bed. The sink was next to the bed rather than in the bathroom which meant you had to leave the toilet and walk to the opposite side of the room to wash your hands. If you had a strip wash you are in view to the rest of the room which made me uncomfortable

When I booked it included breakfast When I arrived it didn’t and the specification at booking.com had changed to NOT included breakfast!

The room was so small, there was no lift and I recently had a hip replacement so it was difficult getting up the stairs especially with animals with us. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom and there was little room to sleep with the animals with us. We arrived late and were tired and in the morning went to enquire to see if we could pay for breakfast and the staff made us feel like we were being difficult, stating it was late notice and she was not sure she would have enough food, but took our money anyway!

Better sized room, better facilities, better staff and a lift

Close to motorway. Access to Novotel next door meant we could have food and drink on our doorstep.

Couldn’t get the aircon/heater to operate

Location near the highway.The shower rooms looked like renovated recently, do this to the rest of the hotel and this will be a big improvement.

Neighborhood felt a little unsafe , lots of people hanging around.The hotel feels really old , it's like like you are teleported into the 90,sThe hotel really needs a renovation to meet todays standard.The rooms and hallways had a strange small.

Close to the motorway very affordable

Room was intolerably hot, no A/C. If you opened the window you get eaten alive by mosquitoes and you can’t sleep with the noise from the motorway

As per all the times I have stayed here the room was comfortable, clean and the location is excellent and the staff member on reception was helpful

When I book a room I always ask, at the time of booking, for a ground floor room as I travel with my 2 dogs (which I am fully aware of the extra charge) as it makes for easier access with 2 dogs and bags. Sadly, this is the 1st time in 7 years staying at this hotel twice a year, and although I had confirmation of reserving a ground floor room, when I arrived I was told “No ground floor room” and had to take a 1st floor room. I am sure it was an admin over site, and will not stop me staying here again and again.Also a slight issue was the air conditioning did not work, which normally wouldn’t be a problem,but it was a humid night, so had to have the window open, and the room faced the autoroute

It was a basic but comfortable room in a gated area.

Breakfast: Almost €9 and not much to choose from.

Room basic but clean, bathrooms much better than previous budget ibis with separate toilet to shower. Good air con in the room.

Breakfast items had run out when we came down for breakfast at 9am, despite being told it was available until 10.30am.

Clean, basic hotel but was cheap enough

Only vending machines for food/drink and these are cash only, no credit card option.

Easy to access, nice staff and possibility to arrive late until midnight.

Noisy because you are close to a big road

Value for money and near bus stop so easy to access city
