Campanile Bourges Nord Saint Doulchard Hotel

Convenient to motorway

Not very clean. Filthy toilet and dirty undersheet

Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Room was grim. Bed nice and clean but the room really needs decorating and too much mould in the bathroom. No extra blanket.

A little far out from centre but staff and the breakfastWere good

Hard to cross road!!

We did not stay after the surly receptionist told us that he would not allow us book for dinner. He said that the restaurant was full. When I said that I would check this out he changed his story. He admitted that he would only allow ten tables in the restaurant because he could not serve any bigger number. He complained that he had to serve and at the same time hold the reception. We left and he agreed not on charge us for the booking. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience!

Breakfast was good

Rooms very dated now and restaurant was not open for the Saturday night we was there for No tea or milk in room for a drink

The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but the rooms look fresh and are clean. Safe parking in front of the hotel.

Parking, room clean, quite

We booked because of Resturant and was told on arrival that it was full. Breakfast limited.

I liked that the air conditioning was very good considering that it was hot outside 97f. Also the beds were really comfy

And my 4 year old didn't like it cause there was no beach

The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great, the shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. For a budget hotel it is fine if you are passing through.

We have stayed previously at Campanile Limoges Nord and they have an outside area to sit and relax with a drink but unfortuantely that was not the case with this hotel. The weather was hot so it would have been really nice to sit outside.

Staff, and a good breakfast

Bathroom needs some TLC, shower in a bathtub not very good

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

No restaurant or bar service in the evening. It was closed when we arrived. It was only 7.30pm

Great location for are trip safe parking well out of the town, rooms were clean and aircon was working well another very hot stay, breakfast was good with a nice choice.

After eight hours on the bike is extreme heat to be told at checkin when ask about a table for dinner, ( Could'nt possible fit you in for dinner, you will have to go else where ) as there is only two of us thought that was disappointing, but we walk to a nearby restaurant and had a lovely meal. The door to one of the rooms did'nt close properly you had to slam it several time to shut it and it was the Disable room.

Easy access to room.

Was not told the restaurant was not available to me until I checked in, even though the site said that the restaurant would be open during my stay . Had to drive to a hamburger joint for a carry out meal; in the middle of a country that is rated the culinary capital of the world!!! Hotel was difficult to find with poor access. Room smelt badly.

The hotel is easily reachable, at some 15 minutes from the historical center of Bourges, and offers free internal parking. Decent rooms, very kind staff at the reception, excellent breakfast. All what is needed for a business stay.

The location - excellent when you want to park your car conveniently and not drive around small streets inside the city. The room and bathroom were super clean. It was warm and comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, also very helpful when I needed it.

Nothing to add here.

Good basic rooms , great price , quiet and easy location to find on the edge if town.Great location, mid way in France.
