Location was just off the motorway

Paid extra for a double bed and got twin beds. Carpet was filthy dirty. Mirrors were covered in a layer of dust, a single pillow each was inadequate as they collapsed to nothing when you lay on them, like they were filled with air that escaped! Outdated!

Unstaffed reception, dirty rooms, cold breakfast (at 8 am no pancakes left at all)

I wish there was an option to give zero points.The stay was unpleasant from the moment we got there and even beforehand.No staffed reception although it was said there is receptionist until 9 pm. Once you book it they send you numerous messages and you must check in online, but they never send you PIN codes to receive your key. All messages and instructions in German only.Rooms dirty. Cobwebs and thick layer of dust on bedside lamps. In one of our rooms carpet was so dirty that light colored socks were dirty after a couple steps. Bathroom not clean.Breakfast. At 8 am all the hot food was already cold, starting to run out and was not replenished. Breakfast ladies/receptionists did not greet anyone and did not speak any English. Balcony wooden constructions unstable (basically the balconies had been totally rotten and dangerous).

I don’t speak German so the staff was very helpful with ordering me a taxi to my train the next morning and breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

the room was not like in the photo. also it would be possible to add a bottle of water or a kettle in the room. did not like the breakfast, there were only cheeses, at 08.00 the omelette was cold. there was nothing hot at all.

It was a nice stay for one night. We had good bed and all was what we have expected. The village was close by, within few minutes we could reach supermarket and kebab place.

It was a rather old, dusty and unsanitary place. I cannot really recommand it.

Clean room, very spacious bathroom, nice service.

There was a large gap under the door to the room, through which you could hear and also see other hotel guests. Because of this, I did not feel privacy in the room.

Good place to stay, big room, easy access from motorway, good parking. Good value for the money!

My room was a 1-bed room, which is what I ordered, but do to it being small also didn’t offer much light from a window, I couldn’t look outside, well I could if I stout on a chair

Quite, strong WiFi, clean.

No elevator, no a/c, no refrigerator in the room.

It was a great hotel for 1 night stay whilst on a long drive across Europe. Easy to check in, as reception was already closed, we had instructions on how to get the key and check ourselves in. Great choice for breakfast for adults.

The price was a bit higher than you'd normally pay for this sort of stay. We requested an extra bed and were charged €20 extra, but if we were just to use an extra bed in this room without telling them in advance, we would have been charged only €10.I liked the idea that the floor in the room didn't have carpets, but in this case, we couldn't walk barefoot on it as it was quite dirty.My kids are very picky eaters for breakfast, and I always end up overpaying for it at the hotels, as they don't find much of a choice such as pancakes or waffles. And I always find it unfair to pay the same price as an adult. But it's not only this hotel. I mean, in general.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is based in a quiet location. We had a good night's sleep and breakfast was delicious - worth every penny. We can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and would definitely stay there again.

Passable

There was some underwear left in the bathroom from the previous guests.We booked a room for two persons, but we found a note on one of the two single beds stating that we would need to pay an extra 10 euros if we used both beds.

loaction close to the highway, breakfast was tasty, staff was friendly.it was good stay.

shower did not have a glass or separation so the water was spilled around the bathroom.

Friendly reception stayed late to accommodate me. I was reaching late.

Staff wasn’t helpful and don’t speak English. In pictures room was different.

Simple but good quality breakfast. Amazing location right by the highway, but far enough to not hear it at all. Very clean. Great value for money.

Very nice, little outdated but very clean and comfy and for the price, very good value for money. Good location, just off the A2 motorway with free car park. Anya - the receptionist was extremely helpful. Good and fresh breakfast, good variety of items.

Location, parking and good breakfast.

Beds are low placed,30cm near the ground. Pillows are a drama. Dated hotel, curtains are a tad tacky.
