The Old Villa is a stunning heritage property, beautifully preserving its timeless charm with superior vintage furnishings, decorations, and high-quality equipment. Ultraclean. The view on sunset was breathtaking, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel truly at home—it's like being part of a family. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was fit for royalty. The parking is private, with monitoring and free for the guests. I wish more of my stays could offer such a wonderful experience. 11/10

    It was just great.

Beautiful big, cool room on the groundfloor with a fountain view.Luxurious bathroom. Amazing bed with options to raise head and legs independently with remote control!!The staff is lovely and friendly. There is a 'guest kitchen' so we were able to make cups of tea and take them to the room, or, to one of the outdoor tables available on the grounds of this lovely property.Safe garage for the bikes. It's quiet. Trains didn't bother us at all, especially with windows closed.

    Wifi wasn't working for us.

Staff tried to make us comfortable but it was nothing like the reviews we read.

Very old house and we did not feel entirely comfortable as they use coal/wood heating and whole house smelt of it...a relief to get outside into fresher air.No option to eat breakfast alone at a table as big shared ones only.

The hotel is in good location for traveling to Berlin, well equipped and maintained, quite and clean, comfortable beds. Very good breakfast included. safe and free parking. Staff are very nice and helpful. River view nearby. Very recommended.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the room has no shampoo or shower gel. But the staff helped to find one. WIFI connection seemed not smoothly.

Charming old stylish house.Spacious room with upmarket furniture and equipmentParking garage for my bicycleCentre of Burg easy to reach by foot.Excellent breakfast.

My room was on the top floor and quite warm in the evening(30 degrees outside) but did cool down during the night.

The bathroom had been updated to a good modern standard

No Shower toiletries, and bedroom was a little tired . Breakfast was adequate with good range of cold food

Excellent quiet location, very pleasant staff, super breakfast ( not a big choice, but fresh and warn), size of the room.

No toiletries in the bathroom, NONE.

Villa Wittstock clearly exceeded the expectations. Arriving there was a little WOW in itself. The next thing was the reception by family members - they upgraded us from twin room to 2 separate rooms. And all of it happened when they had not yet received any booking confirmation form Booking . com yet. The house is rare and classy find with squeaking stairs, paintings and candelabras with old clock waiting at the end of corridor. Rooms are all different, but spacious. Breakfast in room #14 with huge window opening to the courtyard is a really luxurious start of the day.

Possibly some of the guest rooms need a little more ventilation. Missing dot on i was no shower gel in shower cabin.

Beautiful old building, huge room, great bathroom and amazing breakfast. Solid wifi, and access to Netflix.

We were surprised how beautiful city was and a nice hotel we found. Room was big and comfortable, nice good breakfast, personal and private, all we needed.

We would prefer hot fresh Coffee, cold neutral Jogurt and granola for adults :) to improve breakfast choice.

breakfast was continental which had vast selection to choose from, with fresh Juice, coffee, or English Breakfast Tea which is a bonus. The hosts were great and easy to get on with and spoke English,

    Nothing everything was perfect.

Family hotel in quite place. Very unique architecture in the rooms. Private yard and parking.

There are some small details to be repaired in the rooms

    10AnnaPosted on: 8-28-2021

Beautiful big house, spacious comfy room, amazing big bathroom, everything perfectly clean. Very quiet surroundings, the place is ideal to rest after a long trip. Very nice people work there, totally friendly and helpful. Cherry on top: delicious breakfast to start your day.

    Good service

Poor internet, staff speaks only german, quite poor english. Weird smell in the corridors.

    8Joany1804Posted on: 3-23-2021

Amazing spacious lovely rooms, great breakfast and hospitality

The mattresses in the room I stayed were outdated and uncomfortable. Even though it had a nice memory foam topper on it.

Breakfast in this hotel compare to other with similar standards is much more better , over average . This same with internet ! and this is not happened very often in Germany hotels . Small disadvantage is narrow entrence to parking area but for small cars is ok .
