Nice and warm. lovely bed except for the undersheet which I have to remove as I cannot sleep on plastic, only cotton.

No shower - only a bath. Very dangerous as no grab-handle and difficult to get in and out over the side of a slippery bath with nothing to hold on to. Not possible to run the shower till it gets warm as the shower screen cannot be swung open.. The shower bracket was broken. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar is not always open.. I got locked in because the push button door lock had not been explained properly. Door springs a nightmare when struggling in or out with luggage,

Sea front position. Good bed. Copious breakfast. Very nice ladies serving breakfast. Excellent shower and towels.

Wash basin in room 6 - the plug doesn’t work.The arranged tables d’hôtes did not happen.The payment by credit card was unsuccessful even though my card was accepted at other places before and afterwards- fortunately I had enough cash to pay.

Excellent location, lovely bar restaurant area. Bed very comfortable.

Maybe remove wardrobe in bedroom and add hooks to wall to hang coats and add more space.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a great location overlooking the sea front. Breakfast was OK. I liked that the hotel wasn't just another chain, it had a quirky charm that reminded me of hotels where I've stayed in France in the past, which is nice in this modern world of identikit stopover hotels.

Location / view. Comfortable bed. Basic room but clean. Breakfast ok, but charged extra for decaf.

Felt it was misrepresented - expected lounge / sitting area as per pictures, but that was closed most of the time. After buying bottle of wine, told we had to leave and take to room while lounge was locked ( 7pm). Stairs badly lit - no lighting on half landings. Weak lighting in room. Shower very weak. Only one socket in bathroom. Tiny tvConcern that there was no separate fire exit indicated.

Sea views

Tiny room with no furniture for laying out clothes or suitcase, incessant whining noise from inside building which kept me awake. Difficult entry system relying on message on my phone to gain entry I did not receive this till 18.30 even though I reported I would arrive at 16.30. Very poor front door opening to leave the building.

recently redone room, small balcony overlooking the sea, with views of the cliffs, free parking a stone's throw way, and a very nicely decorated downstairs lounge.

a water heater and some coffee /tea in the room would have been a nice touch.

very run down, no staff, rooms felt dirty

the owner let me take her parking place instead of parking way away in the casino park.

Good size rooms and very clean.

None of the facilities that are advertised were open, ie no bar or restaurant at night. Pictures show outside seating area which didn't exist. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.
