Very nice. Looks slightly older from outside, but very good quality inside. You can tell it’s professionally looked after. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice terrace for breakfast

It was new and clean. Really liked the room we stayed in. They took our luggage before our room was ready, so that was nice. Bed was spacious and toilet was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

There aren't many options for public transport if you are coming back later and the neighborhood shuts down street lights after 11-12 PM or so.Also the price was a bit too high for the stay we had, which also didn't include any breakfast. We didn't have the feeling that we were in a 4* hotel.

Why oh why do you not supply milk and english tea bags in the room? Had to ask for a jug of milk and then buy some real teabags instead of the flavoured ones supplied

Everything. Clean, nicely styled, comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. The breakfast was incredible!

The mattress of the extra bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for a child that can fall off.

From the outside I was nervous about what I was getting into, but it was nicer than it looked from the outside. My first impression was that the service was excellent. Very friendly encounters with all the employees. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The thermostat actually worked, which isn't always a given. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. OK location if you're visiting Lyon and don't want to pay the premium to stay in town.

I guess it's a dog friendly hotel because there were two families with their dogs at breakfast, which proceeded to have a barking match. Not before my coffee!

the windows in the room could not be locked and anyone could have opened them from outside since this was a ground level room.

The location was perfect for us to avoid Lyon which was crowded because of the Festival of light, and to have some peace and quiet in the night. We loved the breakfast, with the nice view and lots of different pastry and meal options.

The scent/parfume used in the hallways was always very strong and heavy, it ruins the atmosphere. Other than that, all was good

The location outside Lyon, easily accessible. Quiet suburban area. Ecellent high class hotel with a decent restaurant! Very comfortable clean room.

The maitre in the restaurant could be more friendly and not to pretend to be a teacher in school.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and staff were available to provide any additional requests.Dinner was BBQ night, with good food, and live music. Staff provided excellent service.The room was clean, and well organized, with a mini fridge in the room as well. Definitely worth another stop in future.

Breakfast was really good, a wide variety. We asked for rooms close to eachother and we got a Family room interconnected which was nice. Because the privilege room we booked was not available anymore, they gave us an extra superior room. We booked a superior and privilege room, so ended up wit 3 superior rooms of which 2 interconnected.Big garden with a few plays for kids.Vicinity with only a few minutes drive by car is nice: nice shops, nice small town.

Rooms were outdated which I had not expected when making the booking. There was an unpleasant (electric/airco) smell in the rooms. Cleanliness of the hotel was moderate, spider webs in many corners. Moderate service. Up until 19:00 There was actually no real service offered, eg you had to search someone at the reception to make you a drink.

The scramble eggs were not good, too much moisture and kind of sweet. The rest was great, good coffee and friendly staff.
