Constant smoking, no heated pool, old bed, mosquito bites, dinner offered by facility was not exceptional

The view is nice, the pool looks beautiful and the staff was helpful.

The bathroom is below standards even for a 3 star hotel, let alone a 4 star hotel. We didn't see pictures of the bathroom during booking and it is misleading.Breakfast was expensive and not good.Sound insulation was not good from the sea-view room. AC was on heat by default (although we put it on Cold in the room) and we weren't told.Pool was very cold and not really usable.

Bathroom only had a tub with a held held shower that was kid hight, and was in need of repair (broken tiles…). Breakfast was mediocre at best. The coffee was not good. Pretty long walk to the beach and just 2 beach restaurants, no stores close by. The beach in the area is ok, but not great.

The view was stunning. The breakfast was good value. On arrival the lady on reception was very helpful & welcoming. We ate in the hotel the first night & really enjoyed our meal.

Our room was a bit on the small side and the bathroom wasn’t of the standard we expected from a 4 star hotel. There were no complimentary toiletries just tubes of soap gel & shower gel attached to the wall.We were surprised/disappointed that the hotel took coach parties as we felt this detracted from the exclusivity of the hotel.

Breakfast were excellent and catered for all tastes. View out across the bay was superb. Evening restaurant under the trees outside, nothing better. Hôtel is dog friendly and also has an EV charging point in its car park area.

No direct access to the sea at the property even though it is built on the rocks and is within 5 metres. There is an excellent beach 1km from the hotel with lifeguards and other facilities available.

Outside area best we have stayed at, great pool and views.Restaurant food and staff were fantastic!

Rooms too small and outdated, don’t reflect the outside.Also, a Corsica problem, but particularly bad wasp infestation at dinner and breakfast here.

Location is just perfect.Staff at the restaurant is pleasant.

No help to take the luggage to the room.Room supposedly on ground floor overlooking the park, we had to take stairs down to the room, so no view at all of the park and felt like a basement.The access to the room is exclusively through sliding windows to the public area. So no privacy and you cannot leave windows open without risking to get a visitor coming in...Dark room with spartan and dated furniture.Absence of the most basic amenities for a 4 star hotel: no drinking glasses (and no bottle of water), the only amenity in the bathroom was a flask of soap, no tissues were provided, even the toilet paper did not have a proper hanger (we wound it placed in a safety valve of the toilet flush).Breakfast is a disgrace, with lack of variety and poor quality products.Restaurant is OK, but highly overpriced for the quality.Upon check-out I was asked if I have enjoyed my stay, after saying I was disappointed since did not get the service and facilities I was expecting from a 4 star hotel, no comment, reply, apologia, anything... Probably has a to-do list and just has to ask and tick the list...On top of that, had to pre-pay 42 days before the stay (non-refundable) and when arrived on site the price offered through booking was 33% cheaper. I know it's part of the game, but after all the above I felt robbed for having paid more than 300 Euros for something far from matching the expectations and descriptions on the site.

Absolut fantastic location!

Unfortunately the cleaning was not done properly. For example the used coffee cups weren’t changed. Breakfast buffet is limited.

The view was exceptional, the room perfect, the ocean access remarkable and the food at the restaurant was incredible!!

This is not something the hotel can (or should!) change, but the water in the pool was a little chilly for me but my husband loved it!

The Pool, the Restaurant was just beautiful.

No climatisation in the room, was the only bad thing. But everything was wonderful.

The pool and its view are absolutely breathtaking. The staff was nice and friendly. The dinner at the restaurant was very good.

The rooms are a bit outdated and have terrible soundproofing. You can hear all your neighbours snoring.

View that is one the best I ever experienced, super comfortable sunbeds becide the pool, good buffet breakfast.

Renovated party, the most important things are there, but some fine details are still missing - proper blow dryer, better TV, but that doesnt make the stay less good.

Loved loved loved! Couldn’t believe our luck in finding this place! Close to water, beautiful and clean facility… loved the pool too!

The location is amazing. Beautiful pool and great access to the water (great for snorkeling). The breakfast was also good. Special thanks goes to the staff. Our car broke down on the day we were supposed to leave and they helped us (before the assistance arrived). We would highly recommend staying here.

There is not much to do in the area besides (amazing) coast. The restaurant is quite pricy (main course 30€) so we had dinner at Orcino Food Truck.
